The service provided for him is truly impeccable. We have had many schedule changes with our work schedule and they have been wonderful about getting someone (or even the owner herself) out to take care of our Buddy. Her love and dedication to animals is something that's so rare to find. At one point she took in 24 stray cats at her house. Although the place isn't high tech or as fancy as others. You need to remember your pet does not care about that. They care about taken care of. I have no doubt in my mind she will do her very best to make them comfortable. Also the vet is right there. Anything happens you can call his messaging system 24/7. He has called me back in the middle of the night due to a vet emergency but I'm pretty sure he will help if it's related to the boarding. We didn't need to sedate my cat because of how kind she was. She let me just hold him and calm him down. She spent two hours brushing out his matted hair. Again do not judge a book by its cover esp since your pet can't read. Kindness is a rarity.

The women who did his cut is 1 of 5 Master Groomers in Jersey. Long Review: I cant even express the gratitude that i have for the women that groomed my dog. Lets start off with the fact that my dog is extremely vicious (tiny but terrible). Me and my girlfriend have went from place to place trying to get his hair cut. we went EVERYWHERE! Petsmart, Petco, Shampooch.... etc. Even I was losing faith so i would try to cut his butt area while he slept.. no luck. We were told that we could use seditives on him so he would be more relaxed and i was kinda iffy of that but we got some anyway. He is a yorkie/pomeranian mix so his hair was getting really long. My gf's mom suggested a place she used to take her old dog and said "They work very well with aggressive dogs". So i said why not. On a whim I told my gf to take him there to see if they had any time available to fit him in. They said they were busy but that they would be able to work on him between appointments so we left him with hope in our hearts. she said it would take around 4 hours (which is understandable) and that she would "call us". Four hours passed and like any mother I began to worry so i made my gf call the place. She said she was just about to call and that we could come pick him up. When we got there she said that we shouldn't have called because it stresses her out. (which was the only thing that i was upset about because she could of just told us not to call but can you blame her? I can only imagine that amounts of people that call and are like "hows my baby?","what are you doing?", "why is it taking so long?","Blah Blah Blah".). Finally she came out with him and OMFFFFFFG the cutest little thing ever was looking me right in the face saying "take me outta here" lol. Im emotional so i started crying.. no lie my gf still makes fun of me for it. They did such an amazing job that i was like i need to let everyone know about this place. We have 2 of our dogs groomed every 4 weeks @ $200 per. Yes, I have ( the Italian side) told them, if they hurt one of my dogs that I will kill their entire family but , that's all In jest . So got this message today proving that I shouldn't have waisted the $1000's of dollars and starting a new groomer on Saturday. Old Mill Station Planet Poodle/"Floof" August 2021. Owner…read moreBeth never called and waited until grooming was completed. Beth stated hair in eye and floof staff flushed it out with water. I immediately took Charlie to garden state emergency vet and vet diagnosed Charlie with severe corneal burn from shampoo. Owner Beth refused to believe the vet. Charlie was prescribed two pain killers liquid gabapentin and a pill twice a day and eye drops three times a day. Garden State Vet wanted Charlie back for follow up visit. Follow up visit vet prescribed more pain medication and eye drops three times a day. I sent bills from both vets (2) to Beth. Today I received payment. Long term effects of a corneal burn to this degree is yet to be known. I am a long time customer and am very upset that in my opinion as well as both veterinarians opinions this was in fact a shampoo eye burn. God knows which shampoo person did this at Beth's Floof aka Planet Poodle business. Beth said all her groomers are show dog groomers really then what about your shampoo people!!! I don't want this to happen to any other dogs!

We have had normal walker issues like high turn over and inability to handle XL breeds etc but typically there was always a prompt and reasonable solution. Unfortunately, I can no longer endorse this service. We recently went on our honeymoon and booked overnight sitting and dog walking for 8 days. Sadly our pets were not taken care of to the level that we expect. Our show dog was allowed to overeat and was overweight and lethargic upon our return; the other two dogs were very skinny--apparently one dog got to eat and the others did not. They were also sick & given food that was not part of their diet which gave them severe diarrhea. Believe it or not, this really isn't the core of the issue. Read on you'll be glad you did. When we got home our house was left absolutely filthy by the overnight sitter. The foyer rugs were chewed up due to the dogs being left unsupervised (instructions required them to be crated when not actively watched) Again, not the worst of the offenses. Upon removing the destroyed rugs I find a pool of urine under the rugs. Upon the initial inspection of the guest room where the walker was permitted to sleep the guest bed was DEFECATED on. The feces filled sheets were thrown into our washer! Later on when we go to clean the bed we discover that the bed was also URINATED on destroying a brand new mattress. Fast forward to our conversation with Kyle (owner) he says he will make amends and pay for the cleaning. I send him a bill for the cost of professional cleaning, the property damage etc. He refunds $39. Total cost of property damage approximately $664. He then proceeds to try to haggle to pay for same to include our previously included 10% discount (we receive and always have received that due to the volume of services) with a week worth of walking services. We decline the services because well, our confidence was severely shaken. When we asked for the full refund for the items we had to replace & provided proof of purchase he went radio silent. At this point we have had to dispute the credit card charges with our bank and reasonably only asking for a refund for the damage. If that fails we will be forced to open a small claims action in court which is going to cost us more in court expenses and aggravation & him a ton more in legal fees then just resolving this amicably. But again we are forced to take these measures since he has absconded.
