I use to have to make an appointment that was so many weeks ahead then cart them myself to the groomers early in the morning a trip there and a trip home then pick them up in the afternoon a trip there and a trip home. Now the groomer comes to me and they are done in an hour and I'm on with my day. They listen and do the cut the way you want it not how they want it. I went here to buy some fish tank rocks, tap water conditioner & an automatic feeder. Their supply for rocks & conditioner was very limited & only had 1 brand that I've never heard of so I purchased them. The rock instructions mentioned to soak them for 48 hours but out of all my years of having a fish I've never had a problem with inserting rocks with water conditioner. However I'm very disappointed in this place for even selling this type of fish rocks... They are filled with chlorine & killed my fish within an hour of placing him in his newly cleaned tank. What Fish Store Sells Chlorine Covered Rocks???? They also didn't have any automatic fish feeders except for 1 that was way over priced. Very disappointed in this locally owned store.

Each time I step foot into Petco I see unhealthy/stressed looking animals and unprofessional habitats. One, their birds always seem tense and anxious. I went in today and seen a bird pulling off his feathers from his body. Two, their fish tanks constantly have fish corpses in them and the breeds do not match the stickers presented on the tanks. Three, their beta fish show to be depressed, cuasing them to not be able to swim correctly. I have seen many other pet stores in my life, such as tropic waters, that do a way better job of maintaining their animals. Keep in mind, maintaining animals is not just feeding them. It is ensuring their happiness, comfortably, and health.

We took our dog for their puppy Einstein class as well and we really benefited from it. A wonderful place full of wonderful people that really care. In fact, after we moved, we had some behavioral issues pop up that we didn't really know how to handle, so we send an email over to Heather (the owner) and she gave us some great tips and since she knew our dog, it was more personalized. I boarded my 2 dogs Lenny and Ozzie on June 9th to the 12th at Dogtopia in Eau Claire, WI. When I…read morepicked up my dogs Lenny had a cough. I was not notified he was sick. After a day at home he began having trouble breathing. My Vet was closed so I took him to Allied Emergency Vet services. Lenny now had Bronchial Pneumonia from kennel cough. Looking into previous reviews at Dogtopia this was not the first time this has happened. Lenny has had to spend 3 days in care on antibiotics and IV's at a cost of over $4000 dollars. So now it has cost me $500 for boarding and $4000 for urgent care. Evidence shows that the disinfecting practices and/or introduction of sick dogs into Dogtopia are a problem. I am very upset that I was not notified of Lenny being sick and now over $4000 in bills for a 3 day stay. I am sure other dogs got sick as well. After speaking with the Manager at Dogtopia all I got was "I am sorry". Not good! Kyle Adams Reached out to Dogtopia in Eau Claire for paperwork that was signed that has disclaimers for sickness contracted at the facility. To my surprise my signed paperwork has been destroyed. Got a copy to show my lawyer and it is currently under review. Dogtopia states that they sent an email on 5/24/23 and 6/1/23 to dog owners about kennel cough (Dog Influenza). Never received either email, but did get emails for conformation of boarding, invoice and on 6/2/23 a Happy Birthday for Lenny. Very curious! Kyle Adams Well the verdict is in and I picked up Lenny from urgent care and the bill was $5300. The Dogtopia paperwork says they are not responsible for any illness contracted at their facility and they are vigilant in cleaning and disinfecting so their could not be any negligence even though in the past cleaning fluids were left out for a dog to drink and was hospitalized. If I would have gotten any type of help other than I am sorry I would not be doing this. As it is you could be handed your dog back dead and and "I am sorry" is the courtesy you get. Kyle Adams

In all honestly your better off going to Fleet Farm for toys and accessories given we bought a a metal cage for our Golden Retriever at Fleet Farm for $90.00 and it was $130.00 at Petsmart. So Due to High prices 3/5
