What a cute little park in Brandon. It's gated, clean and free to use. The playground has multiple sections: the swings, the splash pad, the 2-5year old play area and the 5years and older area. My daughter, who is almost 4years old was able to utilize the older kids area without any challenges. There are some pavilions with benches and tables to avoid the direct sun. Perfect for groups. There is also a bathroom on site but it's much to be desired. The playground is adjacent to a ballpark, not sure the protocol to use it. I would definitely return though to the playground if I'm in the area. read more

This is a great park for all ages I have been a couple times but this time I noticed there was a broken slide but the had it blocked off with wood so kids wouldn't go down it. This park has a little water area and seating area that was occupied for a birthday which was nice to see. It's a great park but it is full of trees and leaves were everywhere and if you have as bad of allergies as I do I don't recommend it but for the kids it was lots of fun read more

This is a nice park. It's small but I like the splash pad and the playground is nice.

Park that needs a little TLC. Somewhat limited offerings, mostly catering to children; including several ball fields of various sizes. Good place to bring your children to practice hitting/fielding. The highlights are the children's playground and a small pop-up water park that needs to be turned on at the pipe as you enter the area. There are also several covered picnic areas (make sure you bring some cleaner or a table cloth). There are two parking lots, including one closer to the ball fields that must be entered from the side street. Some parking is dirt/grass. There isn't much other area to this park to throw down a blanket for a picnic (unless there is no baseball/softball happening). Overall the park is average and does in a pinch if you are in the immediate area. Definitely not a major destination outside that. read more

Love this park, however it needs a good cleaning like a light power wash. Also I would say it needs to be kept up more often. For instance there is no sand in the sand box in the kidie area... maybe take that out and add a baby splash pad. The water fountains should also be cleaned. Love the inclusivity of this park tho for children with special needs, great ramps and also the swings are awesome. Replace the mulch with the rubber flooring and it would take the park to a new level. I love the close view to the soccer field. read more

Having a school aged child, visiting parks have become a family pass time. We branch out to the surrounding areas in search of that playtime Atlantis. We even go out of town on occasion, combing the US for uncharted playgrounds. Rotary's All Persons Park (that's a mouthful, from now on, I'll refer to it as RAPP) is a nice small park conveniently located in Brandon, with plenty of parking. The kids playground has many shade trees, which is nice to protect the equipment from the blaring Sun in the summer. There is even a splash pad, but don't have great expectations. Trying to not be harsh, the splash pad is... plain. None the less, RAPP has a splash pad, which is more than I can say about any other park in Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, or Mango. The playground is big and nice, with separate areas for smaller kids. There is also plenty of seating for the parents in the shade. That is a big plus, because sometimes in the design, parents are not a thought. read more

Onec in awhile, we really need to get kids away from Tv, Ipad, or video games. Well, a park would be a good ideal for kid to explore and socialize with some other kids and totally cost nothing! This park has a big playground. I like it because there is a lot of shade. It also has men's and women's restrooms, lots of seating, a pavilion, and even a splash pad. The splash pad is not big, but it's enough for kids to have fun. There are also a couple chair in the splash pad, so parents can wait for your kids while they are playing with the water! There are two separated playground for big kids and small! Both of them are big and clean. They are not fsr from each other, just convenient for parents who have kids in both area. There is not any chair to wait hang around, so parents usually stand around and it could be crowded sometime. The park allows your dogs, but again, you need to pick up your own dog waste! We sure keep coming back! read more

Closed due to COVID-19. Most parks have reopened, but this one hasn't. What a shame! Kiddos need an outdoor outlet. The playground is large and well shaded by beautiful, large oak trees. It looks like a nice playground for kids. We had hoped to play here today. We drove around in Brandon while our glasses were being made. Struck out 3 times. read more

This is a good park, however upkeep leaves much to be desired. The main gate signage is fading and needs a new paint job. The gate for the young kid area does not close properly or safely. You HAVE to keep a close eye on your little ones they won't run out to the big kid area. The play ground equipment in toddler area needs work. Some of the bars have come disconnected and are loose and unsafe. The ground does have a rubber base which is good for kids and toddlers. In the toddler area there is a forgotten "sandbox" that is full of ants and not something I would encourage any child to use. The accessible swings frequently have children miss-using them and I do wish parents would teach their children to use and respect it properly. There is a splash "pad" (it's concrete) area which we have never visited because I know my toddler would fall and scrape his knee up. This park used to be the best thing ever, but through the years has declined. I hope to see things refreshed and updated in the near future as this is a very much needed and loved accessible park. read more

Great park for younger kids. Little kid area separate from bigger kid area. Can get really crowded depending on time and day. Nice shade trees and bathrooms ( never seem to have soap though). This is my go to park in the neighborhood. My kids love this place. Great for all ages really. They have a tiny tot area great for the toddlers and then the bigger playground for the pre schoolers and older kids. The splash pad is perfect too, nothing fancy or crazy but great for the kids to run around and cool off. It's also separate from the playground so you don't have to worry about them getting wet unless you take them to that section. There's bathrooms which have always been open when I've gone, not always the cleanest but they work and there's always toilet paper..which is saying a lot for a bathroom in the park! The whole thing is fenced in so your kids can't run off, unless of course someone opens the gate and you're not watching your kid! It's also pretty shaded wit lots of trees. This park is a hidden gem. It was really tough to find somewhere that was clean, shady and has water (splash pad) This park has two sections, one for both older and younger children. Th park flooring is soft on both sides and the entire park is gated including a separate gate the for the smaller park attached. My car got broken into while I was there for a kid birthday party . I left my purse inside the car because was with my hands full ( my bad) . I will never go back there for sure. Very disappointed with the police and safety in that county because I just read it happened the same thing 3 months ago. The cops took over 1 hour to get there. Great spot to relax and take the kids. Ample parking and plenty of shade make it inviting. The entire play area is fenced in, with latches on the gates. There is a separate area for smaller kids that us right next to the bigger kids area. The park also has pavilions (which you can call to reserve), benches, and restrooms. This park has a nice divided area of age appropriate playgrounds. In mom-words, that means that the big kids can't run-over the little kids. And there is also a nice little splash pad to let the kids cool down if they get too hot. :) We really enjoyed this park. I believe it is also easy access. read more

Great park, but the splash zone is more like the drip zone. Barely any pressure on the water. Needs to be fixed.
