He takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, answers every question, and talks to you like an old friend instead of just another client. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his patients and their families. After Harper Jane's most recent surgery, she decided to remove her own staples, causing her incision to open and bleed. Of course, this happened on a Friday evening. I texted Dr. Keith, and despite having a house full of guests, he met us at his office on Saturday to check on her. He made sure she was okay and didn't even want to charge us for the visit. That kind of dedication, compassion, and generosity is almost unheard of. Dr. Keith goes above and beyond because he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Harper Jane is healthy today because of his expertise and care, and I will be forever grateful.
