We stopped into Heart of the Home one afternoon and spoke with the owners (Lisa and Rod). We decided to go ahead with a quote. It was only a few days before Rod and Tye (the installer) came to measure for the cabinets. We met with Lisa in store to decide on the layout, style and wood for the cabinets. She was able to lay the cabinets out on the computer so we had a good visual of the design. Lisa quoted us separately for the different woods. Which was very helpful. She spent quite a bit of time discussing our options (much appreciated). We decided on Alder with quartz countertops. We ordered the cabinets and it was about six weeks before Tye installed them. I was very concerned that we were in over our heads with trying to get it repaired quickly and correctly. As usual when you are having to do emergency repairs you can expect to pay a premium cost. We were very fortunate that the structural damage was minimal and it mostly affected the drywall and inside furnishings. Running into Chris was a total blessing.
