We hired Construction Services, LLC (Lakewood, CO) June 2017 with a commitment to finish our…read moreaddition within 6-8 weeks. Over one year later and after hiring a different contractor we are finally finishing the project. Rob Turley was recommended to us by the engineering firm (Level Engineering) we used which gave us reason to choose him over the other two contenders. After several months of growing problems - schedule related and work quality - we terminated our relationship with Rob. We hired a different contractor to finish the project discovering there were many re-dos to the work already done that included structural, electrical (5M Electric was the subcontractor), supposedly completed finish work, a master bath disaster and MUCH clean up. Many things (a couple of examples being our exterior doors and a window well cover) were damaged by Rob's crew due to lack of caring when bringing materials in and out and our property was almost always left a mess at day's end. Permit inspections were not scheduled when required. Structural work was not done to engineering specs and covered up so newly constructed walls had to be opened up and the support beams redone to specs and code. The list of poor workmanship is lengthy! If you choose to use Construction Services/Rob I suggest running a background check on Rob Turley so you make an educated decision before choosing him as a contractor. We skipped that step based on the referral until we started having issues and boy wished we had not! Also strongly recommend getting lien waivers for all his subcontractors, which includes most of his crew since they too are subcontracted, not employees. Ensure the subcontractor signs them - suggest witnessing their signing or obtaining yourself as it became questionable who actually signed the liens we were given. While Rob is a likeable man our experience, which started out trusting, became a costly nightmare. Thanks to wonderful city inspectors, an engineer who went above and beyond and the quality contractor who took on the challenge we discovered and corrected many serious issues before we had to start completely over. Now we hold our breath that what we did not find holds up. Goes without saying but we would not recommend Construction Service, LLC/Robert Turley for any project - large or small. B.C.

We are so happy! What a fantastic job they did!…read more Scheduling was super easy, you can do it online and they'll send you a confirmation email to get it all set up. From there, the project manager shows up to do the estimate, which is what I really liked - NOT just a random associate who does estimates, this is the person who will be your point of contact from the day they show up to do the work, until the project is finished. Stephen was my estimator and project manager and he was awesome. He was super cool upon showing up and even brought a color wheel so that he and I could take a look a potential colors. You figure it would be standard practice to do that but out of the 5 estimates I got, he was the only one who showed up prepared. We chatted about ideas, measurements, etc and by the end of the day, I was sent the estimate. Again, out of the 5 estimates I got, he was the only one that was able to get it to me promptly. I had two that took a week, another took two weeks, one guy did it over the phone without seeing the place (and it was a big job so I wasn't so sure about that). But Stephen, he was on it! From there, I worked with Jordan on scheduling - and to make sure I was prepared on my end. She was super friendly and answered all of my questions (no matter how redundant they were lol) - and within a week I was on their schedule! When Stephen showed up the morning of, with Jose and Lincoln, who were the painters doing the work - we walked through the space to make sure we were all on the same page. Jose and Lincoln prepped my space while Stephen ran out and got the paint - from there Jose and Lincoln took over and KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I mean, these two guys were so respectful of our place, they were fast, they were clean, friendly and efficient! Their work is impeccable. We are so happy and it was such an easy process that we're having them come back next year and paint the rest of the house. Our home in Sedalia was hit hard by the hail storm of May 2025. We hadn't experienced hail of this…read moremagnitude in the previous 4 years of owning the home, and were unfamiliar with the insane amount of roofing companies that crowded our usually-bare roads peddling door-to-door for business. We were overwhelmed by all of the choices, and on top of that, had a DECRA roof that not every company is equipped to repair. The LEMT salesperson, Rudy, was persistent but kind, and ultimately I'm grateful for his persistence, as our experience with LEMT has been nothing short of spectacular. On top of our home being on the larger side, with an also large shop building that was damaged as well, and our challenging (and expensive) DECRA roof, we were also dropped by State Farm within weeks of notifying them of the damage. We were worried about navigating the claim process with State Farm given that they weren't worried one bit about keeping our business. This is where Jason Cato, LEMT General Manager, came in clutch. Not only did he walk us through the entire process from the beginning and communicate daily on progress and challenges with pictures, but he was absolutely instrumental in us getting this enormous project approved and paid out by State Farm. My husband and I both have too much on our plates, and Jason took so much of the heavy lifting off of our hands by coordinating with our insurance company directly, and where he was unable to do so, provide us with the copy and terminology to assist us in getting through to the black hole that is insurance claim processing. Further proving my point, I spoke with our neighbor who had their wood shingle roof replaced months ago due tot he same storm, and she and her husband are still chasing payments with no idea of where to even escalate the issue. I felt gluttonous sharing our experience with LEMT taking the reigns, not having to worry about how all of this works. While the administrative heavy lifting was a huge help in getting this project approved and paid, the crew was a whole other ball of goodness. They were timely and courteous, and most importantly since we have a ton of animals that are family, their clean up each day was immaculate. Our roof looks crisp and perfect, and was completed far more quickly than we anticipated. This is a long-winded review, and I really could say so much more. My sincerest gratitude to everyone at LEMT for delivering above and beyond on the physical product, and even more so for the massive amount of work that went into getting it all submitted, processed, and approved by our insurance company.
