I was able to get her attention and asked how much longer for our food and she said we are just waiting on the fries. We had 2 orders of fries the tables she had just served before us had 6 between the two. We ordered before both of them. When we asked for a box, she asked if we wanted the ticket split we immediately said no altogether is fine. She brought the ticket and when she handed it to me I was looking how much mine cost so I could get cash out and she snapped at me "did I mess up this ticket too?" We were so uncomfortable my sister quickly handed her card and we left. We looked for a manager but they were on the phone and we wanted out of there. Her name was something like Denae or Denise. She had an opportunity to start fresh with us today and earn a really good tip but because of how badly we were treated we left exactly 15%. I hope the service improves because the atmosphere and food are wonderful but I do not believe we will be going back anytime soon.
