We used All Points for our wedding day transportation for the wedding party, and had a great experience. They were very responsive when I requested a quote, and even months later when my husband decided he also wanted to book a limo the staff was very easy to work with. They even suggested that he modify my original booking, instead of booking an entirely separate limo ride, to save money. On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach. read more

Though I am late in providing this review, I am sure that service is still the same. I used All Seasons for a car p/u and d/o from the airport and to my hotel. My driver (cannot recall his name) was SO friendly!! The cars were very clean and well cared for and riding with the driver was like getting a lift from an old friend. When I had to return to the airport, I ended up with the same driver much to my happy surprise. While we were talking I had explained to him that I came to the Boston/Waltham area once a quarter but never had ventured much outside of my office and hotel. It was February and snow had just cleared the ground the week before. My driver insisted that since I hadn't ssen much that I at least had to see Harvard. He took the less than normal route and took me for an impromptu tour of the M.I.T. and Harvard campuses. He also added his own historical commentatry and was just a pure pleasure to be around. I was happy for the extra tour at no cost. Soon after, my company (like many others) made cuts to our T&E budgets and I haven't been able to visit the area since then. I am happy to say though that I will be back in Boston in January and will definitely be working with the All Seasons Family! :) read more

Not impressed. Every single time, the driver is 'just a little late' picking up, which creates a stressful drive to Logan Airport. Also, experienced a driver (very nice person) who could not drive with both hands on the steering wheel, making for an erratic ride on the highway and side roads, to say the very least. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They acquired All Season Limos, who I'd used for years and were great, but they have SEVERELY messed up twice in a row in the space if 4 days. The driver called me at 4pm (my pick-up was scheduled for 4pm) and said he was 45 minutes out because of an accident on the Pike - so why did he wait until the pick up time to let me know he would be 30 mins late? I almost missed my flight. Then tonight they weren't at the airport to pick me up and when I called they first said my driver was 10 mins out and then they said my trip had been cancelled - which it had NOT!!!! I will NOT be using this car company in future and could not recommend them under any circumstances to anyone. read more

All Seasons Limousine provided a town car for our wedding day. Our requests were simple. Pick up the bride at point A, drive her 5 miles to point B, and return us both to point A, after the ceremony. I could not have anticipated that the car rental would have played a memorable part in our wedding day. Our driver was Steve. Steve showed up on time and drove my wife and her maid of honor to the church. Upon arrival at the church my wife was not exactly sure where to go or what to do. Steve calmly told her not to worry, enjoy the air conditioning, have a nice moment with her maid of honor, and he would find out what was going on. Steve returned with all the details. Where she should go, who was waiting for her, and the general organization of the wedding party. He helped her from the car calmly smiling, fixed her veil, walked her up the stairs of the church, and delivered her to the right people. My wife could not get over how thoughtful, helpful, and patient Steve was. He helped calm her nerves and took the stress out of the situation. Once the ceremony was over Steve drove us both to the reception. The reception site was only 5 miles away. Steve never went over 30 MPH and I suspect he took the long way, driving slowly through the farmland and apple orchids of western Massachusetts. It was a beautiful drive. This created a wonderful unanticipated moment. We could enjoy a quiet moment alone away from everyone. Talking, laughing and sharing in each others excitement. Steve and All Season's role in our wedding was very small, but they handled it with great care and thoughtfulness. We greatly appreciate their help, kindness, and professionalism. 5 star customer service! Made our first Disney trip memorable! Our driver, David, was the best!

Months prior to our vacation, we booked a stretch limo for our return trip from Boston Airport to Coventry, RI. Our pickup time was around 1:30am and when we arrived at the vehicle, we found out that the company canceled our limo reservation and replaced it with a car reservation. They apparently sent an email 2 days prior to our return date, while I was away on vacation and not checking emails, informing me that they rented our reserved limo, that I reserved months ago, to someone else and that we will now be taking a car. No phone call. No confirming with us that this was ok. No asking if I would like to cancel or find a different company. When I arrived in Boston, my wife and I were left with the option of stranded in Boston at 1:30am or take the replacement car home for a price I did not agree to pay for a car. I was left with no option other than to let them dictate my commute home without my ability to provide input or consent to a price. If I received a phone call prior to arriving in Boston, I could have contacted a different company to provide the service and would have not been put in this position. Or, if they were capable of honoring the reservation they took months ago, I would have been ok. The reservation I made was made for a specific vehicle type and it does not state that they can alter my reservation, without my consent, at any time. If you need a specific vehicle, this company obviously cannot be trusted. They clearly took my reservation as a bait and switch tactic to take my money. The promise of a stretch limo was changed to a standard car without any form of consent or confirmation. I was not aware of the switch or their car's fee but forced to accept it. My wife called them and they feel that we were treated fairly and that supplying us with a product we did not order was good enough. Next time I will use a company that let's ME determine the product I spend my money on instead of the extortion act All Points Limo became at 1:30am in Boston. read more

Very upsetting experience. I spent 1 year in Iraq, then was assigned to Germany and Italy. Literally have not been assigned in the US for 7 years. Now I have to move a family of 3 with 4 pets from Italy to New York. Worst experience in the world. Imagine moving out of our residence in Italy into a Hotel Room for 3 days. Then we have to spend 24 hours leaving my installation in Italy - to the Airport in Venice to Frankfort to Boston. 24 hours. Welcome home? Hardly. Imagine how hard it was to get our family, pets and luggage to Boston. 100%. Made it. Now all I needed was to get on our taxi (van/limo) and get driven home. I would be happpy to explain details in between. But to keep a long story short, it didn't happen. Couldn't find the driver right away when I arrived even though he was supposed to be holding up a sign with my name. My wife, son and I put almost all the bags on the van. We knew we came in with many bags and were a challange, so we bent over backwards! Then the driver diviated from the course, lost our cat and got us home after a delay whlie my wife and I attempted to find the cat. Thank you. All was bad, I was upset, but I let it go. Thought the driver felt bad. But then I found an email from all points limo to my mother who arranged the limo that the President charged me $30 for wait fees... I protested that I was the victim to deaf ears. I don't understand that after paying for the limo, gas, tolls, gratuity and taxes that all points would go one step further over their negligance, but I will never use them, never recommend them and certainly wouldn't allow them to take my child to a prom or wedding. I had the worst experience with this limo company for my moms 60th birthday party. So many things went wrong this night, but I'll keep it short. Lets just say my night with 17 of my family members ended by the owner of this company Wayne, calling the cops on me because i refused to pay for the last hour that he denied to me, because of a mistake he made in the plans. My family and I used this company for my wedding this month. We were recommended to this company by my mother's coworker who had used the company in the past. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. First of all, we requested a town car for my father and I to drive to the church in. We were told this would be there. What showed up was a black SUV. When we spoke with the driver about this, he said he was told that we said "any vehicle would be ok". This is not we we requested or what we wanted. We were brought to the church, and since there had been issues, I made sure to ask that the driver would definitely pick us up at the end of the ceremony and at the end of the reception, when we had requested to be brought to the hotel. The reception ended at 11 and there was no town car. We wait till 11:30 and still no town car. My husband called and asked where our car was. Apparently, they could not get in touch with the driver and eventually sent another car, a stretch limousine. We were finally picked up at 12:30, keeping the venue staff an hour after their closing time. Becky, the person my husband spoke with on the phone, initially seemed helpful but responded with a rude tone when he called again to inquire about the delay after not hearing back for 15 minutes. After getting in touch with Becky the next day, my parents were only credited the cost of the town car ride from the venue to the hotel and with the qualifier that "some companies would've charged you for the completed trip". After waiting an hour and a half for our ride on our wedding might, we feel that the least that could've been done was a refund of the cost of the town car ride. Instead, we were sent a letter; not an apology, but an advertisement for their services with a $25 coupon off limousine rental. No thanks. read more
