Wow wow wow. This woman Justina who answers the phone should not even be allowed to make a cup of coffee. We have been loyal clients for years and were dismissed when reaching out to she is a real piece of work. So many options out there. As a matter of fact I think I might start my own livery service. Leave it to these idiots to do a hit and run on your vehicle, in broad daylight, at a service area. SMH Luckily many witnesses came forward and gave me exact make and model, and one even got me the plate number. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and called their manager and reached him through the company directory. When I told him what I was calling about, all of the sudden he wasn't the manager and he'd have the owner reach. Days went by, and they failed to give a crap. Once I reached out to their insurance company, that's when they wanted to settle. ive used them several times , however this time they dropped my family15 of us off at the wrong terminal at 7.30 am we had to move everyone from terminal a to terminal e which was not easy . when I brought it up to them them sent me back and email about what I'd like to have done ? why would I have to tell them what to do? they should not have to make me ask for some type of discount. I have used Able Limousine over the past 10 years for business. Their service is first rate from the personnel who take the reservations to the drivers. The sedans are impeccably clean and their drivers are punctual (if not early) and always professional. Most recently, I used them for personal situation to pick up relatives at the airport. However in this instance, I was in a frenzy as my family was coming off of a very long international flight, the plane had landed, yet I forgot to make the limo reservation! I called Able's office frantic and as luck would have it, Mike, the owner took the call. He immediately found a driver that was still at Boston Logon and redirected him to my family all within 5 minutes. They hadn't even gotten their luggage yet! They easily connected with the driver and my crisis was averted. I will forever be indebted to Able and Mike, for their quick action but most importantly, providing my family with white glove service after a very long travel day. We contacted Able for a 55 passenger bus. We put a deposit down and got a confirmation email. A few months later we realized we would need more transportation and contacted them again to see if they had a second bus. They didn't have any available but said they would call around and see if they could find some. In the meantime, I found another bus company that could provide another 50 passenger bus, and we confirmed and paid them. The day the wedding came - We had the original Able bus, the bus from the other company, and then two mini vans where we did not know came from. We were busy getting married but our guests told us we had way too much transportation at the hotel. At the end of the night, there was only the two buses - the one from able and the other company. The next day, my fiancé noticed Able charged us twice. I called and they explained they found second transportation for us. We never received confirmation of this or signed any contract . Regardless, they were there for pick up, so we figured we should at least pay for drop off since they did provide those services, but we were definitely not going to pay the whole 8 hours since they were not there for pick up at the end of the night. After weeks of back and forth of Christine saying she would get back to us and then never calling back , we disputed the charge with our bank. We were willing to negotiate even though we were never told of second bussing found (mind you we would have said no because we didn't want vans) and never agreed nor signed to the price of it. Ordered a return trip to Logan airport. The ride to the airport was pleasant and I gladly tipped the driver. On the return trip we encountered a beat up car that did not stop beeping all the long way home. "The car is due for an oil change" the driver said trying to explain the annoying beeping. The car was smelly and it was warm in the back seats although we asked the driver to crank up the air condition. Upon arriving home, we decided not to tip the driver. The next morning, I noticed a strange charge to my card made by the limo company. When asked for the nature of the charge, the limo company rep said that it was a tip to the driver even though we have decided not to award one and did not agree or signed on the charge. When asked for the charge to be removed, the rep agreed but not before warning me that by doing so, they will not provide me with limo service in the future. Not responding well to pressure and ultimatums, I gladly agreed as I have no intention of using this company ever again. read more

I used to use them for airport trips, but stopped as I got annoyed with their additional charges and add ons. They give you a rate and then when they bill you, other small fees get added on. For example if you drop me off at Logan, I get it I pay the tolls. But why do I pay the return tolls for the drive to get back to base when he is picking someone else up 15 min after he drops me off. I use Accent now, friendlier and no billing nonsense. read more

I used Able for my wedding to shuttle people between the venue and hotel. They provided great service! Everyone said the mini-bus was clean, on time, and the driver was friendly. It was very easy to set everything up. Able also allows you to rent in blocks which was great for us because our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all in the same place, therefore, we only needed to shuttle people for a few hours before the ceremony and a few hours into the reception. It was great not having to pay for the time in-between! If we ever need to rent again we will use Able! read more
