Reserved a Limo for my daughter's 14th birthday for a night out in Boston. Rick (one of the owners) answered my call and helped me with my reservation. He super helpful with the whole process and he was accommodating when we added 2 extra guests last minute. The limo was on time and very clean. Our driver was COVID vaccinated and wore his mask. I cannot stress enough how awesome our driver Scot was. We had 8 teenage girls and they all loved him. He was hilarious (full of dad jokes and local trivia). I utilized Accent for our Valentine's Day reservation, and they really made the night into something great. For a number of reasons that I'd rather not get into, I was incredibly late in making my reservations. So, mere hours before my intended pick up, Dee took my information, sorted everything out and was generally funny & fantastic. Tom, our driver, was amazing. I'd arranged for us to be picked up at 8pm from the West End Lounge and he arrived early with plenty of time at 730, and with a phone call swooped in to whisk us away right when we finished. Other things that were great about Tom: He held open doors even when we tried to jump out without assistance. He was an excellent driver, even executing three point turns in tiny streets. When we had trouble with reservations at a succession of restaurants looking for dessert, always seconds away from a quick pick up. In general he was just perfect. I found Accent though a Groupon Deal. I needed a 10 passenger limo for my wedding and their price was perfect for an 8 hr deal. I spoke with Bob and he was great, always answering my questions promptly and in a friendly manner. Flash forward a few months to the actual day and our wonderful experience. The limo was beautiful, new and clean, glassware was spotless. Our driver, Scott, was early and waited patiently for a very tardy bride (myself) to come downstairs. He kept my bridesmaids chatting and relaxed and never rushed us. He was even sweet enough to take a few pictures of us all in front of the hall. While the entire wedding party was taking pictures, he invited our parents to relax in the limo while they waited. He was conscientious and fun, making everyone feel at ease. Accent is pretty good. Cars are decent, they're good about pick ups from the house and they're reasonably good about getting you a receipt for your expense report within a day. On top of that, I've built up relationships with a number of the drivers. Where they don't shine is to have a car at the airport waiting for you when you arrive. I've done 54 trips with Accent to Logan airport, totaling ~$7,500. Sometimes there's a car waiting when I arrive, sometimes not. After you've already been traveling for hours (in the case of Japan trips, about 22 hours) it's not fun to have to wait longer still for them to arrive -- particularly given the temperatures in MA during the winter. Would be interested to hear from other frequent travelers about their experiences with airport limos. How often do you get stuck waiting? Is Accent average or are there better out there? Note that I'm not price sensitive (just expense it), so service is the important factor for me. Thanks for any feedback, Yelpers! read more

So impressed! As you all know the cost of parking for a week at Logan is outrageous! We had two families / 2 cars and parking at Logan for the week. Thought we would check out the limo transport idea--- cost was reasonable and approximately the same as parking at the airport -- this was so easy and no hassle. These guys are the best!! Was looking for a good affordable limo service for my proposal and after contacting a few in the Boston area, I had no doubt that Accent Limousine was the way to go. I called them up and the woman I spoke to was very hospitable and took down all of my requests to help me pull off the surprise. Our chauffeur, Paul, was extremely kind and a team player in carrying out my elaborate plan. Everything went so smoothly and he drove us all to the restaurant afterwards, dropping us off at the entrance, and picking us up after dinner within just 60 seconds of me calling him. The rate is great at $91/hr all inclusive that is collected at the end of the night (using the credit card information you gave them for the advance).
