She was patient with each person who came in, was understanding of the individual needs, and kept everything straight. She really went above and beyond for me with what I needed, worked with me to get the best price and outcome, and was even understanding that I had my kids in tow. She made a really difficult job a fantastic experience! The other employees who were working at the time, were also patient with my older kids and helped direct them to things they wanted to look at while I was busy.
