The young woman manning returns was very efficient with her work, moving the long line pretty quickly, some had lots and lots of items ..we didn't wait long at all. The return was easy. Dropped off Amazon returns(3). Asked for receipt. The girls said they don't give receipts and that I would get an email receipt. I said please, I need a receipt and she said no! Only received email for one item and no record of my return for the other 2!! I am in the process of dealing with Amazon. I spoke to Staples corporate and they said it is their policy to not give receipts, unless you ask for one. Do yourself a a favor and get a receipt. Insist on a receipt. This has caused me hours to recovery my credit for the returned items. Annoying and wrong!! read more

Amazon returns review **I use this location for Amazon returns as I rarely require office stuff.** Recently, it seems that Amazon is trying hard to send you to Staples to return items- there is some deal w Staples where you get a coupon to shop at Staples so beyond that, it is totally inconvenient for most of the people of PSL as there is exactly one Staples location. Because there is only one Staples and if you do not pay attention, you will get sent there, the place gets crowded with a lot of people trying to return stuff. Not sure if this is a strategy to get you to keep items but it is a hassle nevertheless. The drill goes like this: find parking in the busy lot, enter Staples, get in line and inch your way to the one person working on Amazon returns... if you are unlucky, you will get there three people after the one lady that apparently waits until she has a lot of stuff to send back, each requiring its own scan etc. Yay. Avoid if possible- Amazon *usually* gives you other options to go to for returns - this was a cumbersome and slow affair. read more

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Waited 40 MINUTES for an Amazon return...third time I came to return the same ONE item because of the line! You have ONE PERSON doing returns, 5 (that I saw) so called workers doing NOTHING, and your "customer service" girl-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!! Maybe don't allow people with CARRIAGES FULL OF RETURNS, and MAYBE have 2 lines to scan returns! ONE PERSON came to help but was only wrapping boxes, THEN, he started scanning, and of course I was at the front of the line at this point...what a POORLY RUN STORE!!! I go there 3-5 times per year to buy products and I am generally happy with the place. The only thing that happened to me the other day (not major) but I needed some paper and went at 7:45 and they were not open, I was a little surprised since I thought many businesses need things early in the morning I thought they would open at 7am. But I was in a hurry and Walmart in right next door so I went there for my needs. read more

While shopping I asked David if the store will match online price he said absolutely.. While checking out I ask to price match and Alan looking at ink cartridges says Maybe. I was forced to figure out what printer I wanted by myself, which is fine because I know there is a shortage of workers, etc. I was in the store googling printers for some time. I went to checkout and asked about price match, because I saw it at Best Buy for $10 less during my Google search in trying to find a printer. The nice man checking me out, Alan, radio-ed Tom over. Tom, who is the manager, was like nope that's a different printer. Since I did my own research on printers and have never bought one before, I asked what is the difference. His degrading demeanor was as if I should have known it was different. There's no reason to be bothered by the one question I asked anyone while I was there. It is disappointing that is who is running the store. Guess the other reviews speak for themselves. read more

What can I say about Staples? As with most chains, you step into one, you've stepped into them all. Same can be said about this location. Pro's: Well-lit, well-organized and maintained. Friendly staff (albeit a little ADHD in some situations). Con's: I really can't call them out on any cons. You know what you're getting when you come here. read more

They probably shouldn't have a self service section if it doesn't save you money and you still have to wait in line for your receipt. I was also going to buy a $400 printer, but decided I'm not buying it here now. I left very aggravated at the disorganization. The employees were all very nice when they accidentally made eye contact, but unfortunately not able to help much. The 2nd star was just for charity. read more

1 is for the copy print center. No offer to help. I asked if I could get some copies made and I was directed to send an email to a staples "print me " address. Ok and then I wait for an email that provides a code or that I can scan to get copy machine running. They were not busy at all by the way when I started this journey. Code didn't work, scan didn't work. Staff member came from behind counter to enter code and it still didn't work. I asked if I could email to have them print. She said yes but did t seem overjoyed. Then she went in to help other people. I asked if she had received email. No she had not , then back to helping other people. Finally 10 minutes later we verified email, I was using wrong one. Back to helping others as I re emailed and waited some more. It took about 40 minutes to get my 25 copies. The staff seemed more reactive than proactive with most customers . I honestly will never come back to staples for any print or copy task. read more

Well, I got a reply from Staples regarding my complaint yesterday. However, My opinion has not changed. This added "express charge" is just so they can reduce staff. If I had wanted to print the 50 copies myself, as suggested in the reply, I would have. If this had been a large job, I would have certainly understood the additional charge, if I chose not to leave it. Especially as I stood and watched the employee assist other customers at no additional cost far, far longer than it would have taken to do the 50 copies for me !!! read more

Tom the Store Manager is hands down the best at customer service. Always happy to help and if anything is not right, he makes it right.

Slowest service ever.. if you need anything done at the copy and print center, bring a chair! You'll be waiting a long time.

Horrible service!!! Right at closing time, i discovered an extremely important document was left in one of their copiers. At first they did not want to look for it because they are just about to close. After insisting several times they finally looked and found my document. After several beggings they finally agreed to meet up with me since store has just closed. However when i got to the store i found my document left on the FLOOR!! , doors locked and no staff there. I came back early next day even before the store opened (and missed work!!) to be able to get the document. Management did nothing about my complaint. read more

Since I live in this area I use this Staples on a regular basis. I have been extremely happy with all the services. I have used the printing/faxing area at various times, drop off shredding on a regular basis and make regular purchases for my home based business. All of the staff have been extremely helpful. Most recently I had to ask about upgrading my MS Office Suite for laptop and desktop set up and the Technical staff was able to answer all of my questions so I could understand and make an educational choice. Must admit I now measure other Staples against this location and do not find that they always meet the St. Lucie West standards. read more

Terrible service was told couldn't make a poster because they didn't have the manpower right now. Great excuse to customer. Used them a couple years ago no problems great service different employees . I now see why these places are closing down read more
