I found All Pro Carpet & Tile on Home Advisor where they had a 4.8 rating out of 5, and I checked out their Yelp reviews which were mostly good as well. I hired Chris them to clean and seal the tile flooring and shower in my home, as well as adding fabric protection to our new sectional. We have roughly 600 sq ft of tile flooring and a tile shower that we wanted cleaned and the grout sealed. All seemed well except for the tiled shower. He seemed hesitant about it saying that most people don't seal their showers. I thought it was weird that he was seemingly acting uninterested in the work but told him that sealing the grout in the shower was important to my wife. We make our way into the living room to look at the sectional that we wanted scotch-guarded, and again he acts very hesitant about doing the work. Almost like he was trying to talk me out of getting it done. So I'm like, look if you don't feel good about doing it then we can skip that part of the service (that he had quoted $50 for). So if he was trying to get out of that job, he was successful. So he finally gets to work and one thing that I appreciated was that he put guards/covers at each of the corners of the walls in the hallway, so that he didn't scratch the walls as he brought his equipment in and pulled the hoses through the house. After a while I come out to check on the progress and the floors are still drying but look okay but in the shower there are obvious spots of grime and dirt still in multiple places on the grout lines and all of his equipment was gone. So I go out and ask him if he finished the shower. He says that he did. I point out the dirt and he basically says that it was the best he could do. I go back and look at it again and think to myself "hell no!" You don't pay for professional cleaning for obvious and visible dirt to be left like that. Then I go back and ask him if he had already sealed the shower and he said yes. So we go back and look at the shower together and I'm like, "I don't want that dirt and grime sealed into the grout". He says that he can go over it again with his sprayer but stops well short of assuring me that he would get it clean. He then proceeds to bring all of his equipment back in but this time he doesn't take the time to put guards/covers on the corners so as he's pulling the hoses down the hall he's banging and rubbing them against the corners of the wall. Now there are scratches on some of the corners of my wall that I just noticed today after he left. I'm not going to outright blame him for the scratches but since he didn't take the time to protect my walls the 2nd time around, I can't help but wonder. So after he's done with the shower again I inspect it. It was slightly better, but still ridiculously dirty for having just been 'professionally' cleaned. I think he went over it with his washer and sprayer and just expected it to just be clean and it wasn't and he wasn't willing to do anything further. My mind was absolutely blown that he was willing to leave it like that. At that point I just told him that what he was doing wasn't working and that I would get down there and clean it myself after he left. Unacceptable! I paid him $400 for this service that took roughly 4 hours. 2 other major problems. After her brought his stuff back in the 2nd time, he didn't wear shoe covers or anything and proceeded to track dirt back all over the floors that he just cleaned! Now there are footprints and dirt all through the hallway and all over the front entrance! I asked him if he was going to clean up all of the dirty spots and footprints that he had tracked back into the house. He then says that he can wipe it down with a towel. He comes in with this push broom looking thing and a towel and uses that to try and wipe down the floors. It wasn't working. At that point, I was fed up and just told him that it wasn't working and that he could just wrap it up and leave. Once he finishes packing his stuff up and I give him my credit card he tries to pretend as if he was giving me a break by not charging me a processing fee that he never told me about. He could tell that I was frustrated with the service and I guess he thought that he would try to say something to appease me but he ended up just looking dishonest, childish and unprofessional. Once he left and floors finished drying, I noticed spots, lines and puddles of dried up sealant on tile throughout the house. Furthermore, once the floors dried in the kitchen, I noticed that the grout was still dirty throughout the kitchen! In the master bathroom there is a gob of hair in one corner. There is dirt, streaks and dried spots of dried up sealant throughout the house. A constant reminder of the sub par work. There is so much more to complain about but the character limits has made me cut this down. See the pics as evidence. read more

Still waiting for contact from the company to fix the issues I've had with my cleaning. Carpet got paint on it and paintings from kids is ruined. Also waited to install guards on the corners of the walls until after we pointed out the damage. Still hoping to hear back from him today. read more

Beware. Stay away from this guy and save your money. Yeah he's got a fancy website, too bad his cleaning skill doesn't match the quality of his website. Called him for a first cleaning of my 2-yr old carpet. I'm not a family household, no kids, carpet gently soiled. He did a terrible job, left perfect outlines of where the chairs had sat and a clear traffic path. Took a while to get him back to redo it. But all he did was spray something with a squirt sprayer, then vacuumed it. He was not interested in doing it right and re-shampooing the area. I had 2 rooms of carpet cleaned along with The Upholstery on my couch. I did not have hover over him as it's supposed to be a professional and when he was all done the carpets look fine and the couch still look very very dirty. I told him I was not happy with the couch as they were still stains and dirt. He said he did the best he could. As he was leaving I asked him if he was gonna clean up the tile floor where there were muddy puddles from his cleaning the carpets and his tracking water through the hallway and entryway he said he didn't see any dirt and then rubbed his foot in one of the puddles of water. He offered to get a towel and clean it up but I told him to never mind I would mop it up myself. I again told him I wasn't happy with the couch again he said he did the best he could and he thought it looked good he told me he thought it looked good. So I paid him and off he went. After about 10 minutes of stewing in my anger I decided to call the company and complain and ask for a refund for the couch. I was not aware that this was a one-man show and that he was the company. Again I told him I wasn't happy with the couch and I feel I deserved a refund for that as it was still dirty and stained he said that he could come and do it again if I wanted but it really wouldn't make much difference. I said if it would make much difference why bother I just want a refund. He said there was nothing he could do for me. It's been 24 hours now. I can see stains on the carpet now that it's dry. I feel like I just blew a couple hundred dollars for virtually nothing. read more

Saw All Pro's ad on Craigslist and I took a chance and gave him a try not having any recommendation. The carpet cleaning was for my mother's house and by the time he was done, my mother was raving to me on the phone about how clean her carpet was now of how stains the previous cleaner wasn't able to get rid of were now all gone. My wife confirmed all this. We were ready to replace the carpets after this set of guests leave because we thought they were beyond redemption but now we've changed our minds! I am in shock, I just had these guys out to my house and Chris the owner arrived. He offered me a special to clean five rooms. I agreed to the service. After he did the rooms, he then gave me an invoice for twice the amount...Yes twice the amount. I asked him why it was more then he originally quoted, and he response was "because the carpet was thicker then I had anticipated." Really? That makes no sense. This is the worst person to do your carpets people. He was suppost to be at my house at 12 guys didnt even send a text . I actually text him since i was coming from the L.A area to let him knowi was running about 10 min late. He send a tex saying how his last job was going to takehim longer . So he wound be a little late he showes up at 3:20. P.m amd since we had a dresser in the room he said well your not ready Im just going to go get some lunch. He comes back atc4.20 p.m and takes about 1 hr did a horrible job on my carpets and still was trying to over charge me. We had Chris come out a few months ago for the 2nd time to clean our carpets because we have dogs. For starters he did a great job the first time and I gave him a 5 star rating, but I swear it seemed like he was not the same person that cleaned it before. He was not professional at all he was rude, and did not protect my walls at all not to mention the carpet was half clean with puddles in some areas. He was using the excuse that he had another job to go to. To sum it all up my husband had no change and he rudely kept the extra $10 more than he originally charged. I would like to give a Big shout out to this business. I don't normally write reviews, but if you ever need your carpets cleaned, Chris is the guy to call. I have taken care of rentals, and as you all know some renters don't take care of yr property. I have had Chris clean about (4) times ....and this last time we thought the carpets would have to be replaced....but Chris came in and when he was done was able to keep them.
