I just found my forever carpet cleaners!! I decided to try this company and I am so glad I did. They arrived right on time, which was nice since I had unexpected plans come up for the afternoon. I like how they used wall bumper things to keep the edges of my wall safe from the equipment they were using. They treated my big stains with a pleasant citrus scented cleaner before starting. The price was fair compared to other carpet cleaners out there, but the friendly staff, extra time and care put them over the top. Other companies send out young teenagers who rush through the job without attention to detail, but not Kern Floor Care. Here are my own personal before and after images. For years, I've been using the same carpet cleaning company assuming that all things were relatively equal. Those guys were cheap and the carpets seemed relatively clean. I mean, when you've got not brand new carpets, they can only get *so* clean, right? Wrong. Totally wrong. When my usual guys wouldn't return a call for an appointment, I hit up Yelp and on everyone's recommendation, called Kern Carpet Cleaning. Straight away, they were vastly more professional with regard to scheduling. Friendly, too! They were right on time for our appointment and got down to work. When they were finished, I was straight up stunned by how clean my carpets were. I mean, really, substantially cleaner than when the other guys come clean. And once the carpets were dry, the cleanliness was even more apparent. The whole house smelled wonderfully fresh and clean, the carpets looked like new, and I was blown away. And pricing? Had my carpets cleaned by then today. The employee called when he was 30 minutes away which gave me time to get home. He showed up right on time. We walked the house to review what needed to be done. He took measurements, gave me the final price and began to work. For 5 rooms, it took 1.5 hours to clean everything. He even moved some of the larger items (arm chair, end tables) to clean under those. He did explain that some darker areas of carpet (hallways) would stay darker due to wear of carpets. I was happy to know this. He was very knowledgeable as well. I am pregnant, so I had questions about their prices and products. He answered everything for me and put my concerns at ease. Company also has 7 day warranty if I notice anything that was missed. Overall, very happy with the service and the carpets look great. read more

We used these guys based on a friend's reference and were so glad we did! They did a great job on the carpet so we had them do the tile grout too. This is where I was really impressed. I had no idea the grout was so dirty until they were finished. I also had no idea you could get grout that clean once it was that dirty...I am truly amazed. Our living room, bathroom, and kitchen floors all look brand new. This company really upset me. After reading all the glowing reviews below I tried to call the number listed on their website during business hours. I left a voicemail and after a couple days when I didn't hear anything back I tried again. Still no one picked up and I left another voicemail. After another week I was thinking maybe something was wrong with their voicemail system so I tried to give them another call. This time someone answered!! She was incredibly friendly on the phone and we set up an appointment for Wednesday for someone to come give an estimate. They took all my information down and I thought I was ready to go. Come Wednesday I have to leave work early to ensure I am there by the time they get there. After I hurry home for the appointment I am waiting...and waiting....and waiting. No one ever shows up. I know they didn't get lost because they had my phone number and if this was an issue they could easily call. After taking time off work to get this estimate I feel like its incredibly rude and disrespectful for this company to just not show. After asking around work for another carpet cleaning company I ran into TWO other co workers who had the same problem with this exact company not showing up. Completely inappropriate. After they were finished I was blown away at how much more clean the carpets were!! Turns out the carpet was initially much more dirty than I had realized! I had both my carpets and all of my counter tile done. I am very happy with the quality of work. My counter grout was NASTY from the previous owners and it looks soooo much better. Edgar did an awesome job! Trust all the great reviews his company has. I contacted Edgar because I needed the carpet on one of the rooms in my home cleaned. He was very professional and gave me pricing for the different packages he offers. After speaking with him I decided to go with the 3area cleaning package. He offered me a $10 discount for booking the appointment online. Within minutes of booking I got a confirmation email with details of the appointment. A couple days before the appointment I sent Edgar a message asking If I could change the appointment to the afternoon (because of a conflict in the morning) and he was so kind to work with my schedule. All that said, he cleaned one of the bedrooms, the hallway, and the living room and he also cleaned my area rug for no extra charge. The cleaning took maybe about 1hr and 30min. We have used Edgar's services twice now I'm still as impressed as I was the first time. His company is professional, quick, efficient and on time. We have 6 cats, two of which are elderly and somewhat incontinent so there are pet stain issues. Edgar and his associate clean the carpets and come back 1-2 days later to apply an enzyme to help with the pet stains. Our house always smells some much better and the carpets look wonderful. He is really good about keeping you updated on his time frame and has actually been able to come out sooner due to being ahead of schedule. This company is amazing !!!! I had my tile and grout cleaned along with being sealed first . The tile and grout looked brand new after they cleaned it. But what I really liked about kern carpet cleaning they kept asking me if they needed to go back and re-clean it and if there is any spots they needed to go back on. They very detailed oriented in cleanliness. Then a couple days later I had them clean my carpets . They moved my heavy furniture to clean and they did such a great job on the carpets too!!
