Made a call this morning to Reliable Carpet and Tile after my carpet cleaning company canceled on me this morning. Linda from reliable answered. I told her my sad story. My house was ready for cleaning. Most of the furniture had been moved, but I had no one to shampoo and clean it. Linda said she could have a crew come by at 3 PM. And the price was right. I will never call Reliable carpet and tile cleaner again. 1. I asked them to just scotch guard my sofas and they did the carpets which I didn't ask which cost more. 2. They scotch guard my sofas which I asked for and when water spilled on it a small stain would not go away and this was only 2 weeks when they did it. then they charged me another $85.00 to fix it. There Scotch Guard didn't work on my sofas and I have expensive sofas. And I wiped right away so it would'l not stain! I will never go to them again and I don't write reviews but I can't let this go. End up costing me around $550. to do my carpet n sofas. Said he gave me a discount for being a Vietnam Veteran - well they really only gave me the 10% first time customers not the Veterans discount - they could have been honest and I could have accepted that. I would call this unreliable carpet cleaning. Contacted these guys to clean 3 rooms and they charged me $250.00 to be placed on my credit card along with the processing fee. That was fine. The guy tried to get me to pay through my bank account, but I refused. I made a special trip to my empty house and waited. They were scheduled for 11am, and I waited 20 minutes and called them. Nobody answered and it went to voicemail. Called again to say I was leaving, no answer again. I really was irritated that I didn't even get a call saying they would be late/cancel. They called later and said they were there, but that is not true as I really needed to have the carpet cleaned. Got a call from some rude guy or girl. "Hey, my guys were there, where were you?" I'm going to cause a little issue for the leadership at Reliable Carpet and say that when you call to request your appointment with them you need to request Isiah and Roy to visit your home to provide the cleaning service. These two guys were right on time, to the point, professional, review what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions, then walked me through what was done. More so, there are so areas they "may have been involved in a wine crime" they they couldn't completely get up, but what they didn't know, that I know that as soon as the carpet dries, the area blends right in. Home owner secret. I appreciated the fact they addressed that, which tells me they wanted to make sure i was entirely satisfied with the finished product. This is the 3rd year in a row we have had our carpet cleaned by Reliable and this year our carpet was a disaster due to the addition of a puppy. My kids were less then attentive in the puppy training and cause me fits for a few months. The carpet look so bad i though i would need to tear it all out and priced a new floor at $7k. I called to get a quote for a cleaning of the carpet for 2 living rooms, a hallway, walk in closet and 4 bedrooms for less then $400. Therefore once again I was hopeful that I would be saved the expense of a new floor. I wish I had taken better before and after photos to do the team from Reliable real justice. They did an amazing job. The carpet is decent quality that we have had for 6 years and I'm going to be able to at least make it to next year when I once again have to make a decision of new floor or shampoo carpets, but at least I am fully confident in the team at Reliable and I hope this review helps them to continue to provide the great service I have received the past 3 years. read more

I had Reliable come out to clean my couches. My couches are about 6years old and I have 3 big dogs. They looked pretty bad but, Wow! After the cleaning they look brand new. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some years and needed resealing. They were prompt with my requests and gave us accurate and fair service dates and pricing. When it came time to arrive they were timely and awesome. It took about 90 minutes to get it all done. Maybe more. They paid great attention to detail but were also swift with the work. I called Reliable after they agreed to match a quote by another well-known local carpet/tile cleaning company. They were very responsive, on time, and professional. I don't remember the name of the young man who I dealt with when the team arrived, but he was very nice & professional and explained that he needed to remeasure just in case the measurements from the other company's quote was off. In my mind I thought, "oh great, it's probably going to be more!" To my surprise it was actually less and so the cost also went down. I loved the honestly, because he could have probably told me it was more, and I would have believed him. Anyhow they did an amazing job cleaning my tile and grout and even got out some nail polish that I had spilled on my tile almost 3 years earlier! True story...Same day service! Never in a million years did I expect to be able to get help so quickly in the midst of a pandemic. Yet, when I called the phone number for the van I've seen driving around town, thats exactly what I got. I usually go with franchise companies like Stanley Steemer or ServiceMasters because while they're expensive they do a good enough job. Well not only was the Reliable staff super friendly and helpful, they were able to fit me in quickly and actually came out to assess my home to give an exact price versus the other companies who quote one price but the end price is usually much higher once the job is done. I also considered I'd need to offer buyers a carpet allowance due to the age and condition of the carpet in two rooms. Not only did Reliable get my Tile & grout throughout my home looking brand new, they pre-treated and cleaned the carpets to the point they too looked great! No need to offer that allowance after all! I saw a Facebook post from Reliable Carpet & Tile Cleaners for their summer special deep cleaning for carpets 3 areas for $135. I commented sounds like a great deal. They commented back give us a call to schedule an appt. I contacted them the next day. I spoke to Nancy who was very friendly and asked when I was available. I said can you come out today she said yes but then I said OK what about tomorrow she checked their availability said they were very busy that day but she was able to squeeze me in anyway.
