We have a son with Autism and needed a fence to keep him from wandering off and Gary found an awesome, tight wire mesh to go over the boards to make sure my son could not climb out. As I promised to All_Pro Fencing, I am updating my review based on them refunding my deposit and us going our seperate ways. They have ways to go on customer service but they did keep their word, slowly, but kept. I cannot begin to tell everyone reading this about what horrible experience it has been dealing with this company. We initially got a quote for a privacy fence for our backyard. At the time of the quote/inspection, we expressed our greatest concern was our dogs getting out and the owner assured us he would make sure that wouldn't happen. We put down a deposit and they were supposed to arrive on a Monday in May 2018 (I believe it was May 7th but am not 100% sure of the date). They were a no phone, no show. We had to call the office and we were told the owner would call us back which he did several hours later. He told us he was short-staffed and had someone call off but would be out the following day on Tuesday. Tuesday came and again, no phone, no show. This time the owner called later that afternoon stating the lumber didn't come in for our fence and they would be out Thursday. Some other guy showed up on Thursday with a kid (maybe 16 or 17) and started to install the fence. The owner briefly showed up to drop off more fencing materials but did not assist with the job. They left trash in our yard (soda bottles and food wrappers) and said they would be back the next day to finish. They did come back to finish but it took them until 9:30pm Friday to complete the job. The owner came to pick them up and asked for the rest of his payment. We informed him that it was dark and we wanted to inspect the job before we finished paying. He said he would return Saturday which he did at 7:30am. He knocked repeatedly on our door, waking everyone up. We told him we were still sleeping and to return at a decent hour. He returned around 11am demanding payment. By this time, we had inspected the job and there were huge gaps under the fence, two of which were so high my 78lb lab could fit under. In addition, they put the gates on the wrong way and left a sizable gap between one of the gates and the fence and one board wasn't even nailed and had fallen off. We pointed these issues out to the owner and we all walked around and inspected them together. He admitted it was an issue but stated he would return and fix them so we gave him the rest of his payment but he never came back to fix the issues. We never contacted him again because his behavior was somewhat threatening and hostile and we honestly didn't want to deal with him anymore. After posting a negative review about the company on the Nextdoor App recently when a fellow neighbor was asking about fencing companies, the owner called us liars and said he never did work for us but while he was posting that he was calling my husband so it's unclear that if he didn't know who we were and was claiming to not have done business with us how he would have my husband's phone number. He then sent threatening messages to me stating he was going to file harassment charges against us and slander charges and told me his attorney would be contacting me. Not sure why any respectable business owner would behave in this manner. Most businesses would want to correct this stain on their reputation by trying to appease the customer and be nice, not call them a liar and threaten them with a lawsuit. This business owner uses bullying tactics and threats to combat negative reviews instead of trying to make things right. I would never recommend this company and I have photos of the fence and the debris left in our yard, video footage of the owner's employee returning to our house a week after the job had been completed and walking around in our backyard when we weren't home (I have no clue what that was about) and the nasty and unprofessional communication I received from the owner himself in retaliation for the negative review I left of his company on the Nextdoor App. read more

Would had chosen 0 stars but didn't have an option to warn everyone .Had a simple residential backyard fence installed 4 feet height with what should have been a 4 foot gate. Owner took over a month after giving me the runaround finishing the installation took half of a $665 deposit with an additional $665 after completion of the fence in which he had no problem cashing the check. Mind you, this is the owner installing the fence with supposably a professional background, put in a 5 foot gate with a 4-foot fence did all by hand, did not use a fence stretcher and now I have a sight for sore eyes in which the neighbors friends and co-workers have stopped by and laughed, wondering what in the heck the owner was thinking and said it looks stupid. I have gaps underneath all the fence except for a few sections, a 5 foot gate, once again, leaning towards the ground hard to open and poll toppers that weren't meant for the polls just sitting there on top. Gate and fence is supposed to keep animals out, not let animals in after my dog got his head stuck underneath the fence twice now and which I am filing dispute with my bank and going to small claims court for the remainder of the fence which was sloppy and poorly installed. Forget contacting the owner of this company because he sees business opinions of his poor work as slander. If you're a business owner, you need to take the good with the bad and customer service should always be first and foremost important, but not with you and your wife constantly controlling a conversation when you should be taking that time to repair your sloppy and horrible fencing job. Warning to anyone looking for a fencing installation company. DO NOT use this company, do not waste your time and do not waste your hard-earned money. I will have to be finding compensated through the bank and through court then have a reputable company in the area fix the fencing that was installed improperly, sloppily and without proper equipment by a business owner that owns All-Pro fencing. read more

GIVE THIS COMPANY A CHANCE IF YOU WANT A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WHO KNOW THEIR FENCING, ARE RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, REASONABLE, AND HONEST. I want to let you all know that my experience with Gary and his team was AWESOME!! We called three fencing companies for estimates for a fence to separate our horses and our children's play area. One company did not show up for the appointment, when I called to ask what happened and rebook, they did not answer the phone nor call me back after I left two messages. Out of the two other companies All-Pro was the more expensive of the two. The reason we went with All-Pro was the knowledge Gary had about fencing for horses. He knew we wanted four board and to face the posts for extra strength and a nicer look. After giving me the written estimate Gary offered to put oak boards on the top rails so the horses couldn't damage the fence by chewing on it at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The earliest the other company could begin the fence was mid January. All-Pro could begin two weeks later! Gary's wife called the day of the appointment, December 8th, it was a very cold day below freezing, to let me know one of their trucks wasn't starting, understandability. We rebooked for the next work day. Again it was an extremely cold day so the guys didn't start until 11am. They got straight to work and did not leave for the day until all the posts were in, by the time they left it was dusk. The guys came back to put the boards and netting up once the concrete was cured. Again they didn't start until it had warmed up a little outside, around ten, however these men were still working all day in cold weather with a freezing wind chill. They stayed passed 6pm (it was dark by the time they left). They did a FANTASTIC job, cleaned up all the mess. At my husbands request they left the wood that was cut offs and extra they hadn't used. I expected to have to take a magnet out and drag for nails and screws that were dropped, however we didn't find any! Gary and his crew were very respectful and friendly. Yes, a little more familiar than some professional companies, however that is the kind of people we look for as they are more often than not more honest and reliable, than the larger companies. I want to say I am sorry the previous reviewers feel they had such a bad experience. I have always believed that there are three sides to every story, theirs, yours and the truth. read more

All Pro Fence was hired to install a fence on 2/23/17. They were a no-call, no-show until we reached out to them at 10:14 am. They returned the call stating they would be there at 11:45am. At 11:45 Gary shows up talking about how he was $@#$ing and puking all night. We then went over the job and our desires to be sure we were on the same page. We came back to visit the job site about an hour later to discover Gary was gone and his helper was there. The original fence they were asked to remove was not fully removed. It was simply cut off below grade. We raised concerns at this time as a $350 tear out fee for the removal of an old fence 25 feet long was included in the contract. After reaching a verbal argument regarding actually removing the fence posts from the ground, Gary left the job site for the day. Gary left a mess in our yard as well as our neighbors' yard. We phoned the office about the mess and were told he would return the following morning to finish the job. The following morning at 9 am we were evaluating the job and found several of the posts to be loose. We reached out to ask if this was OK. At that time Gary replied that he would not be back until Monday. They intended to leave our yard and our neighbors' yard a mess and unsecured over the weekend. We again expressed concerns with what was now becoming several issues. They became harassing and threatening at this point. They attempted to force us to sign a contract and refused to continue the job until we did. They began accusing us of damaging the posts by moving them, even though they said they were going to be working on the posts within the hour. We finally agreed to sign their contract after making some edits and they returned to do the job on Monday, 2/27/27. As soon as they were done working they began harassing us for payment stating that the money was due upon completion. We had not even had time to review the work. Several more harassing emails and phone calls later they finally agreed to give us some time to review the work. With us working and the bad weather (heavy rain for several days, tornadoes in the area) we had we did not have a chance to review the work until Friday, 3/3/17. On Thursday, 3/2/17, they began threatening to have their attorney come after us and pursue legal action. We were threatened that all emails would be used against us in court. To this we responded with 6 concerns that we still had with the installation and asked them fix those 6 items. Alternatively we stated that we would take care of it for a price reduction. We provided them with our attorney's contact information and told them that should they wish to pursue legal action against us they should have their attorney contact our attorney. These people emailed our attorney directly at the same time that they came back out to finish the work! They were so brash as to tell our attorney that we could arrange for final payment through him. Through this entire process we were disrespected, harassed, argued with, threatened, and still left fighting just to get the job completed in a satisfactory manner. We feel that this type of treatment has no place in consumer business. We only hope that they drastically change their actions or choose another line of work; not to mention their craftsmanship was sub-par. Please spare yourself and pay a little more with a well known fence company. I had problems with them from the start. I had my fence installed 2 years ago and we specifically told them that we want the ugly side of the fence installed facing our property, not our neighbors. This is standard protocol and we could get in trouble if we faced the ugly side out. They installed one side of the fence with the ugly side out facing my neighbor and I stopped them as soon as I noticed. They argued with me saying they have me on recording telling them to do it that way which I knew was a lie because my wife and I absolutely told them the opposite (they never played the recording by the way.) I had to pay them $1000 more for them to fix this but it was important to us so we had no choice and they wouldn't budge. They were very nasty and disrespectful and had some anger issues. I paid $6000 for this fence and I recently noticed that one of the boards was twisted and cracked. I contacted them to come out and look at it and they told me the warranty is up and it wouldn't be covered because it was broken due to something we did but they never came to look at it or they would have seen it was bad workmanship. I never touch the fence and have only opened the gate a few times in the 2 years it has been up. We simply don't use it. Once I told them it was bad workmanship they blocked me from being able to text, or call them. I'm going to contact the BBB and make a complaint and make as many negative reviews as possible. They are hard to work with and if you do decide to do business with them please get everything in writing and go over the job with a fine tooth comb. Or save yourself the trouble and go ELSEWHERE. As my parents always told me you get what you pay for so saving a couple hundred dollars on a $6000 project just isn't worth the trouble. read more

I hate to ever give any kind of bad review for a company so I am not real happy having to do this. This company looks to do great work, the issue we had was with customer service and poor communication. We procured this company to build a fence on 9/18/18. We were quoted a start time of 10/25 which we understood as they were very busy. We contacted the company on 10/23 to see if the company was running on time for our fence. On 10/25 the owner contacted us to inform us he would be at our house between 12-1 to set the posts. He never showed. We tried to contact the office at 3:00 to see what was going on and got the answering machine. It was 4:00 and we tried again and still the answering machine. They close at 4 so we assumed we were forgotten. We finally reached out via email and received a response that they had no power and the owner was running behind and was out of cell service, he may still be out that day. He still never showed, we then got an email that he would try to call us later that night to let us know what was going on. At 6:30 the next morning we were told he got in late and would try to call us soon. The company opens at 9:00 and not call, so I called to speak with someone. I received the answering machine again and left a message stating that if we heard nothing by 12:00 that day we wanted our down payment back. We received a call then from the owner stating that he may not make it that day either as it was drizzling. He did say that in the next hour if the rain stopped he would get a crew together and come to start setting up for the poles. After 2 hours of no rain we contacted them to see if anyone would be out, we were told with the rain they just wouldn't come at all. An hour later we received an EMAIL stating that after our voicemail message and call to inquire on status of someone coming out they felt we were hostile and they would refund our money as they didn't want to do our job. We were told due to the weather delays and high winds they were behind. Truth is, the weather was sunny the entire week as well as the day the owner said he would be out to set posts. Our issue is with the customer service this company offers. Phone calls to keep customers up to date are essential to keeping your customers in the loop and understanding what is going on. No shows and no phone calls are going to make any customer upset. I would suggest that the company learn how to work with customers better and not to push people away immediately if they appear upset or "hostile" after receiving very poor customer service. I would also tell the company to remember how they would feel if it were them getting what seemed to be the run around from a company. read more
