Joe called me back the same day and was able to stop by the next day with a quote before his official business hours. He went out of his way and stared his day early since I told him about time sensitivity of needing it up before I start a new job. I had to wait the rest of the week for 2 other quotes so I could have some comparison. Other companies had 3-4 week waits just to give an estimate. J & J Fence has very affordable prices and the quality of work is fantastic. It was raining most of the week they were putting up our fence and they had to deal with a lot of extra roots and trees and other obstructions in the way of where the fence needed to be. It had rained for three days straight and the only brake in rain for finishing up the last part of the fence (adding the door) was early Saturday morning. Joe came by right away and made sure the job was finished so we could take our pups out of boarding. They we're very responsive and wrote us a personal thank you card. This is a small company that takes care of its employees and its customers. Rushed. Lack of Communication. Bad Decidion…read more We hired fresh perspective two years ago as we wanted to hire local to get our fence done. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.
