I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected.
