I was picking up a few holiday sales items for next season. I intended to spend more time in there shopping however, a young mother and her little boy were in the store, the child was running all over the place with the mom walked around on a call with the speaker phone on. It really killed the calm atmosphere I usually get to enjoy in Kirkland, I wish an employee would have tried to correct that. I will still continue my shopping at this location.

Based on my call with him, he came prepared to either just give the quote I called for or to actually perform the work and I was ready for the work to be done, so he did everything right then and there! He did an amazing job and was really quick! He was also thoughtful with my job, trying to make sure the new lighting would "look right" overall and he took the time to point me to the best lights to finish my job when I'm ready (a DIY job.) I'll definitely have him back out for the next project on the horizon and can leave this review saying "If you are ready to GET SH-TUFF DONE at a reasonable cost, call Josh." They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. They checked voltage/current and did a better inspection than Blue Marlin did. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting BBB and probably the news.
