The previous work done by another plumber had flaws and they explained those and what they would do different. I also had them replace another faucet with this top quality one and have frost free now on both faucets. Drew and his assistant were very professional and I can tell they love to educate people in case a do it yourselfer wants to try it themselves.

They gave me a quote before beginning the work. They fixed the issues but then found a more serious issue. Drew modified his quote and explained the seriousness of the leak. Drew and Ryan fixed the leak which involved having to crawl under the house. I will definitely contact The Plumb Doctors again for any plumbing issues.

We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.
