The experience that they offer makes me feel like no issue I am experiencing is too big for them to fix or show me how to fix. My wife and I have trusted Lee Company with our plumbing maintenance and repairs since we moved into our current house about 7 years ago. They've always been very quick to respond, especially when we have plumbing emergencies. They've sent technicians out late in the evening and over weekends, more than once. None of the problems we've encountered have been due to their work, but they've fixed a number of issues that other contractors left us (during renovations, etc). I feel like Lee has always been direct and honest. We have their maintenance plan and I think it's been a good investment. read more

We noticed a loss of water pressure tonight and found that it was in the same place that we had had a repair done in 2023. We called Lee again and they came out tonight to see. It turned out to be a break in the fix they did previously. The technician completely changed out the affected pipe and connection with better material and also carried it all the way into the house. And, it was completely covered under warranty! The technician was extremely professional, honest, and thorough. We will definitely be contacting Lee in the future for any home repairs. read more

I paid over $11,000 for new HVAC unit for it to only last 1 month, been without A/C during July and August, nothing but excuses on their end, I have requested a refund. Totally unacceptable for a new unit. read more

As always, Lee Company confirms the appt, and the tech calls before coming to confirm again. They are cleancut, polite, professional and take time to answer questions. We've been using Lee Company on the annual maintenance contract and the discount for having the contract has paid for itself on when our AC system needed a new coil and today during annual Furnace maintenance, noted the Heat Pump condenser was outside the limits. Made sense to replace while he was here (to alleviate strain on the motor). We've used Lee Company to do annual cleaning of our Water Heater, Gas fireplace, install a new Gas line and connect to the pool heater, hang a TV to heavy and high for me to lift, new Ultra violet lights in the HVAC systems to prevent mold, check our vents to see if they needed cleaning and told they did not, yet (saving us unnecessary spending). ** Every time, the tech is done, we get a report with pictures and videos, and call backs to check our satisfaction. read more

Called last minute on a Sunday Morning. They called me back within the hour and said they would send someone out for an HVAC issue by the end of the day! They called me by 10am which was awesome! Only downside was a 179.00 charge to respond. Spoke with Ernest over the phone who stated described issue might not as bad as I thought and to monitor it. As of now advice was correct and they saved me the service fee of responding which was awesome when they could have easily taken advantage of it. Based on their quick response and free advice, I would recommend using them to anyone and will be using them in the future! read more

They used to be much better. We had a contract for HVAC maintenance and they continued billing us but never scheduled the service. I called and set 2 different appointments for them to come out and one time I had an emergency and had to take my mother to the hospital, the other they just never showed or called. I haven't heard a word since and all the pre-paid months of service they billed were never done or refunded. I am considering disputing the charges but I think its been too long. They billed almost a year or more without one service call. My mother has Alzheimers and the contract was with her before she got really bad. I had to start managing her finances is how I found out about it. This is not a trustworthy company or at least not anymore. According to various other people I have spoken to, they are notorious for also upselling things you don't really need when doing these services. They get commission's on anything they sell or added service they get you to sign up for which in my opinion makes it harder to trust what they would recommend. Sales people should get commissions not the repair people, but thats just my opinion. It is another issue I have with this company though. read more

Had a leak from the toilet tank. Called Lee Company and they said a technician would be out between 3-4. Ended up around 6:30pm. Once he got here and started, he was fast courteous, and efficient. Cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Would definitely recommend, and will use again!!! read more

I called to get an estimate for installing four new faucets. I had two other estimates both in the $350 range. When Lee Company did their estimate I was blown away with their estimate of $1300. I told them that they were way way too high. The guy looks at me and says he can knock off one third of the price. I could not believe how unethical that was. Do not try to rip me off and then lower the price when I object. Be honest and give me an honest estimate the first time. After I told him no he said he had to collect for a service call. I said no way. It upsets the heck out of me that they are so unethical and dishonest. I hope that others will see this and avoid being ripped of by these people. They have proven that they are not to be trusted. read more

Here it is the 4th of July 2019 and my AC stops working. I remembered that when I bought this house the old owner had a new unit installed before escrow. So naturally I called the Lee Company to come out thinking the unit was under warranty. Well turns out that the guy from Lee Company that installed the new unit did it as a side job. Well he didn't follow code or install the unit correctly. When Billy showed up I told him the story and he called his supervisor and they agreed to get the unit working and give us an estimate to install the unit correctly and up to code. This is not an issue with the Lee Company but with one of their installers. Billy said that his supervisor said that they will definitely get to the bottom of one of their installers doing side work in one of their trucks and not installing the unit correctly or installing it up to code. All I will say is thank you Billy Hartley for fixing our AC unit and you did it in the rain. If you are having a problem with your AC, Heater call the Lee Company. read more

I called this company to perform work on the house my family and I are renting. After explaining the problem, I told the lady my landlord would contact her to pay for the work, and she replied that she "...didn't want my business and would not be passed off to anyone." This experience turned me off to this company before they did a moment of work on our home. Lee company hire some else to answer your phones instead of this rude person!! read more

Needed a plumber so when I did an internet search the first company at the top of the page was Lee Plumbing with an ad for $29 service call so I called and after waiting close to an hour for them to call back the price changed to $49 and that was just to get an estimate for the cost. I asked for the rate and they would not give me an hourly rate. Needless to say Lee Company will never get any of my business. read more

Came over, opened the cabinet below the sink made an immediate determination that I needed an under the sink water heater. Said they didn't carry any, never checked the main water heater. Told me they would look into getting one and installing it. I have never heard back. Charged me $19 instead of the traditional $40. I will be challenging this charge. read more

We had already pulled a permit and they didn't make any attempts to get the permit in their name after learning we had already pulled a permit. Once forced by the electrical inspector, Lee Company finally got a permit. Since then, they have made no attempts to meet with the city inspector. Quote was quick, transparent, and fairly priced. Technician quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to get us back up and running the same day, despite having to go get replacement parts. Also, the electrician who came for the call was extremely knowledgable and friendly. HIs integrity was appreciated. Our situation could have become an electrician's dream job costing many times more.
