After discovering that my dishwasher had leaked and caused damage in my home, my first call was to my insurance company, and my second call was to All Pro Restoration, Inc., which came highly recommended to me. When I called, an actual person answered the phone -- not an answering machine -- and after taking my call, they came out that same day and immediately began the restoration process. Everyone who came to my home was friendly, professional, and very good at their job. Each person arrived with a smile and made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home while they worked. I give the Lenoir City All Pro Restoration a ZERO. The owner of this business driving the company truck and backing into the driveway, ran over my Mailbox and damaged the box and the foundation. We discussed the mail box and that he was driving, he appoligized and promised to replace the mail box and place it back in the foundation. He never came thru on the promise, we talked on many many occations over the phone and each time received a new promise and has never lifted a finger to fix the mailbox or replace it in the foundation. I was forced to buy the box and make the repairs myself. I don't think he ever intended to make the repair. I consider this extremely bad for a business person to conduct their self like this and make false and misleading promises. Beware of False promises. I grade them a ZERO. read more

May 4 2017. Wind storm Gatlinburg. Trees down, retaining wall destroyed, slight damage to roof. Erie insurance adjuster recommended them. Charlie Wallis came out to estimate repairs. No work has been done as of Aug. 19, 2017. No calls or timeline to start work. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company for anything but empty promises. Beware. read more

My roof was damaged by straight line winds first in February of 2022, and again a few weeks later. I was instructed to call All Pro Restoration and All Pro was to contact my agents office about the claim. At the time, All Pro was apparently too busy to get right on my roof damage so they sent out a totally unqualified subcontractor who brought his wife along to help put a tarp over the damage. Little did I realize this guy wasn't even authorized by my Insurance Company to fix anything! So he preceded to spread large tarps over a few places missing shingles. Then he and his wife drilled my entire roof full of 3 1/2" wood screws through what was perfectly good roof decking over the entire roof. I assumed that the costs were being billed to my Insurance company and It wasn't til a few weeks later that my Insurance Company's Adjuster was out to inspect the roof. Then I found out the truth. All Pro had never been authorized by my Insurer! My Adjuster was Also appalled to find my roof literally destroyed by boxes of wood screws driven inappropriately through my roof decking. This goes against all the conventional standards for such a job. It was at that time that a highly qualified roofing contractor was brought in to do the repairs correctly. Based on my experience, All Pro doesn't follow professional practices! Steer clear of these people!
