If you are looking for poor customer service, lack of communication, your order not being fulfilled, nobody answering the phone, and them not being open during their posted business hours then this is the place for you. If I could give them no stars I would, but 1 is the lowest I could select. I have had an endless string of difficulty with this company and would not ever recommend them. There was a mix up in our order and we ended up getting a sweater with a smudged print, and another sweater that had the wrong name. After reading the reviews I was really scared that I was not going to get helped. I called on Saturday (not in business hours) and also wrote an email. First thing Monday morning I received a call back with wonderful customer service. I also received an email from the manager promising to correct the issue and remake the sweaters. Not only did they remake the sweaters but then PERSONALLY delivered them to me on Friday in time for the next game. I can not tell you how happy I was with the service they provided. Mistakes do happen, but they are not always handled with the customers best interest or concern. These guys were great! With 4 kids in sports I have no problem ordering from AllPro NW for all the fan gear I need. ! Thank you so much you guys! read more

This has been the worst experience with a local business. First the order that was placed 5 weeks ago, and the fact that I waited for a combined three hrs over two days. With that being said! The order still isn't complete! We spend a lot of money and it's not the way you reflect appreciation of someone's business! I will find an outside vendor to do my uniforms. Horrible!!!!! Wish I could give a 0. Blair is a rude woman. Our softball team recieved terrible service. My daughter has played 9 games and just recieved her pants. This place was awesome! I walked in and was greeted right away by two gentlemen. I told them they were the 3rd shop I'd been to looking for someone to embroider some Gear Tags for me. They told me at first that they wouldn't be able to embroider my tags but they quickly offered that they could screen print my name on them. I was at first hesitant because I knew that my gear that these tags would be placed on would be dragged, thrown, shoved, and would overall just take a beating. But they assured me that the screen print wouldn't come off and I'm so glad I listened! The tags came out great!! And just to test them, one gentlemen told me he tried scraping the print off and nothing. I of course tried myself back in my truck and he was right!! Overall very satisfied and did I mention they were able to do a one day turn around actually I had them back with a couple hours! I will recommend this place to my friends! Great Prices, Great quality, Fast service I own a local plumbing company here in Olympia (White Knight Plumbing) and wanted to get shirts printed. I looked around and got prices from some other places. Most of the other places I looked wanted to charge me an art fee & a setup fee and what ever other fees they could think of. I went to All Pro and they charged me for the shirts and included everything!! My design has 6 colors and they did my shirts in all 6 colors for the price the other guys wanted to charge me to do them in 2 colors. Thank you All Pro for doing such a great job on my shirts... Wish I could give a 0!!!! Did not give me the order I asked for. Did what they wanted and gave me my order by throwing it outside on the ground. Made my kids pick it up. Waved parts of my order at me and laughed and wouldn't give it to me! Extremely rude! Does not communicate at all!!! Is arrogant and laughs when mistakes are made!! I ordered a custom lettermans jacket from All Pro on July 1, 2015. The company sent me a proof of the Custom Mascot that they had for the back of the jacket. The proof they sent was of a brown hawk. When the jacket came in the mascot is orange. When I told Rob that it wasn't right he told me that it was not that of in color. When he said that he would check into it and let me know he never called me. I called the company 4 times and no one ever returned my phone call. When I finally reached someone he had Rob call me back and he left me a voicemail only to tell me to go ahead and pick up the jacket and then when the fixed mascot comes in they would let me know. I called Rob and told him that my son did not want to wear a jacket that was not what we ordered. He laughed and said "to be honest for, your son to not want to wear it is ridiculous" to which I responded "he is a 16 year old boy AND we paid over $500 for this jacket and authorized the proof with the right colors". It is now 10/26/2015 and my son still does not have the right jacket to wear! read more

The owner/guy who answers the phone is nothing but a JERK. He talks down to you when you ask questions and has no customer service skills one bit. He is NOT a nice person by any stretch. I was very clear and explained to him what I was wanting embroidered and he interrupted me but not only that, he started putting talking down to me and explaining what embroidery is, when I politely tried to interupt to chime in that I was well aware what embroidery was and that's why I was calling an embroidery business for an estimate to have something embroidered, he said he wasn't going to help me and hung up! DO NOT support this JERK! I actually had this experience with this same organization a couple years ago and swore I would never use them again. But since a couple of years have passed I thought I would call and see what their price was but I never even got that far!! AWFUL Management/Owership! read more

HORRIBLE business! Our order was finally received VERY late. Follow up with them after placing the order and payment is non-existent--they don't answer their phones or emails. After many delays went to pick up the order for our baseball team only to be treated rudely told to leave the store. They threw our order on the ground and stood in the store waving the belts that they would not give us. Three of the team members were there to witness the rude and dishonest treatment and had to pick up the unfinished uniforms from the ground. NEVER CONTACT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! read more

Cant give a (0 ) so have to give this company a 1 just to make a review. All Pro doesn't stand behind their product . Our small school raised over $4700 to purchase new uniforms that were guaranteed by All Pro to be great quality and design in a fast time frame. When asked to produce a sample prior to ordering we were told they had no samples and didnt even offer to acquire any as requested. We trusted Allpro . Uniforms arrive in promised time frame but the quality was so poor that our athletes couldn't even wear them. The material was see through, non stretchable (not a design for runners) the shorts were uncomfortable and extremely short for boys almost embarrassing , besides the gaping in the liner made it unpleasant to wear. The athletes, coaches and parents were so disappointed because they had worked so hard to raise the money and were not able to compete in them. When contacted by 3 different representatives from the school All Pro would not resolve the issues and said they couldn't and wouldn't do anything for us. Basically took the money to the bank and said so long !! When meetings were scheduled ( the owner) didnt even attempt to show and represent his company which is totally unprofessional . Our representatives were discussed at the rudeness of the manager during the meeting, He told them that it was a waste of their time to come in that again that Allpro would not do anything to resolve the uniform issue. When asked if he felt the uniforms were quality the manager said yes, when asked if he had any other customers that he had order these uniforms for he said NO. How can you represent a product and say its quality when you have never seen the product before?? Beware of using this company for ANYTHING, if you do dont pay until you are 100% satisfied !! read more

The moral values of this company alone leave you in shock. We ordered uniforms for the Spanaway Hawks baseball team, our order was not only received much MUCH later than it was supposed to be it was also missing logos from our sponsors. Our coaches wife kept in regular contact with these guys even though they wouldn't answer the phones or emails. She went down to pick up the uniforms when she was told they would be ready and they weren't then they said a week and it was longer. The order wasn't right they didn't make it right and didn't refund any monies towards their mistake. WHAT they did do is told her to get the F&$@ out of their business threaten to call the police with-hold the belts to our uniforms and then throw the rest of the items out the door in FRONT of some of our boys. If this is how you run a business and expect to have repeat customers I feel very sorry for you. We will not do business with you again. BUT we will spread the news like a wild fire and we are women we have friends. read more
