You can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their small customers. I had a small job but All-Color treated me like a loyal, important customer. They'll get all my larger jobs and my recommendations. I needed a single piece embroidered and called a number of companies to ask if they'd take such a small job. I was met by a range of responses, with some rudely telling me it wasn't worth their time. When I called All-Color they were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They were honest, saying they'd have to work it in, but they were happy to do the work. It was a simple job, so I expected the drop off to be quick. Instead, I was welcomed into the facility and someone was brought from the back to talk about my job. They flipped out a book of fonts, asking my opinion and offering advice. They took the same amount of time advising the best thread color. Again, they promised they'd work it in when possible. Other companies spoke of six week turnarounds for a small job, so I prepared for a long wait. Instead, I received a call about a week later. All-Color is great and I couldn't be happier! read more

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only did they completely mess up the colors of our company logo for our shirts and take no responsibility, they also stopped responding to emails once we asked how to resolve the issue. When consulting about what we wanted on our company shirts, we brought in an example of a shirt with our correct logo on it, as well as a file with the exact color codes we use. The mock up that was emailed to us was correct (we checked multiple computer monitors), yet the shirts could not be more off. When we questioned them about this, they said it must've been our monitor that was off! The lack of professionalism was shocking, when we called to ask if they had received our emails (they had), we were told that the response would have been 'too much to type'. So you'd think they would've called us to resolve this, but NO! David 'didn't know he was supposed to call us'. So the issue was just supposed to resolve itself with no course of action from them, eh? We finally got a refund for the shirts and screen printing, and when we went to pick up the check, we were greeted with a terrible attitude and blatant disrespect from David. Absolutely unacceptable way to conduct business. I would rather teach myself how to screen print and buy my own expensive equipment than ever do business with them again. read more

Awesome service from start to finish. I brought in a drawing I did on a piece of paper and their artist brought it to life! They have minimum orders, but if you talk to them they will definitely help you out no matter what. I also had some embroidery done here for work, and they did amazing work. I don't normally write reviews, but after seeing that All Color has only received one review, and it's a negative one... I just had to chime in... I have worked with this company for almost 10 years and have done everything from screen printing to embroidery. I have ordered t-shirts, fleece shirts, jackets, pullovers, sweatshirts, onesies and more. And typically I place multiple orders with them throughout the year. They have always been very easy to work with and totally professional. They have completed my jobs on time and have consistently offered competitive prices. Occasionally I will call or use another shop, and I always come back to All Color. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. I really can't say enough good things about them. read more

This business was my first experience at working with a screen printer. I wasn't sure all of the questions I needed to be asking, but I was trying to get a quote out the door for creating hooded sweatshirts for my classmates (about 20 hoodies). They gave me a quote, and a time-frame after several calls (David couldn't get off the phone with me quick enough, this should have been my first red flag). After I gathered the amount due from each student's ordered, and calling to check up on the status of the order (several days before it was due), I had to push to have my order ready by the date of three weeks out that I was promised. I picked up my order, the hoodies were done on time, but they told me I had a balance of $120. They didn't quote me a $40 set up fee for the screen printer, or the differences in hoodie styles, or even the tax. The set up fee was waived, and the 31.95 per hoodie was honored, but I felt like *I* am not in the screen printing business, and I was calling for a quote per student, per hoodie, and I wasn't given that. That's All Color's job. Then after the confusion, I get the hoodies and they didn't give a student the right size. Then it took them 3 weeks to fix THEIR OWN mistake, after countless calls, David never returned my phone call or even gave me a time when my order would be fixed. David took absolutely no responsibility for his mistake, didn't even apologize, all he kept telling me was "I don't know what to say, we're at a busy time right now". Busy is understandable, but if you make a mistake, the mistake should be given priority. This business was completely unprofessional, and soured the whole excitement of student council trying to create something for our graduating class to enjoy and show off. Oh and the vector image wasn't correct (positioning and one of the colors wasn't in the right spot). David does not listen to you, I had to correct the receptionist Leslie constantly to make sure she was putting in the right order. This place is awful. read more

First they did a good job on some shirts for our business. Then we ordered some hats, they gave a quote over the phone and never gave us an email with the new quote. So when we went to pick them up and pay for them the price was different. I was still going to give them business for another hat order and asked for samples. After months of me trying to get the samples I stopped by their office and surprise them. They had the samples ready a few days later but no quote. They said they would have a quote to me the next business day. Needless to say it's now another three months and I do not have a quote for the hats. I called the office to talk to the owner Dave, who's the biggest idiot and have no clue how to run a business. I told him if he did not want our business he should've just let me know. Dave ended up hanging up on me, when I told him I would let everyone I could know about the service I got! Take your business elsewhere! read more
