The salesman was very helpful and knew his stock. We went home happy from this clean, professional store. My only gripe is that they didn't have our bench or the extended Power Block set in stock right away. This is where you'll pay a little bit more to get a LOT more in quality and longevity (and maybe also safety).

As I searched fitness repair places, i found T&T. I immediately wanted to contact them since their place of business was close by. The only other repair place that I found was Precor services but they are way out in Tacoma. So I first called T&T and requested for service, and the representative said to submit a service request online and they'll get back to me. So I went through their website but couldn't find on how to submit the service request. I called them back, left a message but never got a call back. I finally gave in and called Precor for the repairs, and I had a technician show up about a week later. About a year has passed and I started to notice the resistance and cross ramp buttons malfunctioning again. I tried to call T&T again in hopes they'd respond, but nothing. I left a message but no response. I even found how to submit a service request form, yet still no call back or email. I've given T&T multiple chances to utilize their business mainly because they're close by, but it seems like either they think they're too good to work with me or maybe the business is a complete sham. I'll probably even report the business as fraud or it shut down without notice.
