My only gripe is that they didn't have our bench or the extended Power Block set in stock right away. As I searched fitness repair places, i found T&T. I immediately wanted to contact them since their place of business was close by. The only other repair place that I found was Precor services but they are way out in Tacoma. So I first called T&T and requested for service, and the representative said to submit a service request online and they'll get back to me. So I went through their website but couldn't find on how to submit the service request. I called them back, left a message but never got a call back. I finally gave in and called Precor for the repairs, and I had a technician show up about a week later. About a year has passed and I started to notice the resistance and cross ramp buttons malfunctioning again. I tried to call T&T again in hopes they'd respond, but nothing. I left a message but no response. I even found how to submit a service request form, yet still no call back or email. I've given T&T multiple chances to utilize their business mainly because they're close by, but it seems like either they think they're too good to work with me or maybe the business is a complete sham. I'll probably even report the business as fraud or it shut down without notice.
