We were traveling from Wyoming to Chicago for a graduation last month. After hitting a deer at 4:30am, and being stranded on the side of the road, we could have been in real trouble. But, "Deputy Kyle" and his friend, Cody, from All Pro Towing took care of us with real hospitality. They drove around with us looking for a place for us to stay and got us to a good cafe for breakfast. They helped us coordinate things with our insurance company so we didn't incur unnecessary expenses. When I asked about a storage unit to store all the stuff we had with us that wouldn't fit in our second car, Cody offered to keep our stuff in his garage until we come to pick it up next week. Professional, Friendly, Safe and Knowledgeable service provided every step of the way. Late afternoon, south of Murdo on the 83, we blew a motor. Called All Pro. Soon they arrived loaded up my F350 with a full size camper, pulling a cargo trailer, up to Ford dealership in Murdo. Then they gave me a lift to a hotel. Next day inspected dealership in Murdo and made the decision to transport truck to Ford dealership in Pierre. Next day they took the truck and camper to Pierre and stored the cargo trailer in their yard. They also gave me a ride from Murdo to Pierre the that same time, first to the dealer and then they dropped me off at the airport later that day to fly out. We were in the Badlands visitor center when our radiator hose blew. I was put in touch w Cody by his Aunt Pam, a VRBO owner. They took our 2010 Acadia (not small) AND the 5 big guys in our party back to Rapid City for repair. All tolled, only lost about 5 hours on a day that could have turned out much much much worse. Trevor provided great customer service and the tow truck cab was a 2 row job that seated ALL of us comfortably on the ride back. Last winter (2019-2020) I was east bound on SD 34 in a semi pulling double hopper bottom trailers empty. West of Pierre, SD approximately 40 miles around midnight the weather turned for the worse and I lost traction going up a hill. I tried my tire chain's but they were of no help.The only tow company that was even willing to help me. It took them maybe 2 hours to get to me. Living in central South Dakota, winters can be brutal. I was hauling cows to sale and the roads were less than desirable. Discovered 2 broken leaf springs as well 2 bad tires that were ready blow . Had stopped at Belvedere rest stop South Dakota. After several phone call for someone to help Cody called.
