When I called, Bob Mc Millan, Sr. answered directly - no messages or call backs! He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions, and assess my needs. He quoted a very fair price, and informed me about how he would drill the well. He, his son Bob, Jr, and their helper arrived exactly on time, as arranged. They carefully surveyed my property, and ensured that all of the utilities had been located an marked. They positioned their equipment, and wasted no time in completing my well - it far exceeded my expectations, and produces clean, fresh Floridan Aquifer water in quantities far greater than I thought it would! These folks are total gentlemen, and are committed to serving their customers - they have been around a long time, and now I know why. They used very modern drilling equipment, cleaned up the site well, and were extremely professional. It's obvious that the McMillans are people of their word - I received excellent value and service. Our well pump decided to die last night. So bright and early I began calling Action, left message…read more First call was 6:55 am. I called again at 7:30, 8:30 and by nine I was tired of getting the answering machine. I called another local pump repair business and got a person, not answering machine and eta of service tech . He came repaired our pump and left.. It's now 7 hours later and Action still has not called. If you want your call returned in a reasonable amount of time don't call action, unless you like inaction.

Perry's Pump Repair came out to investigate air and silt in our plumbing. The well was drilled in…read more2002 when the house was built (we bought the house in 2023) and the tank looked the age. Shane and Daniel arrived as scheduled, and immediately went to work on the well head and pump. Turns out the baffle on the pump was a problem, as was the old tank, which we had on our list of needing replacing. Shane and Daniel were incredibly skilled and efficient in pulling the pump, inspecting it, turns out it's from 2019 so OK there, but it had a bad baffle that they replaced with an improved version. Then they expertly removed the old tank, installed a new tank and silt filter, and now it's all working great. We now have increased water pressure throughout the house. They charged a fair price, explained each finding and the process along the way, and were very professional and friendly. We could NOT be happier with Perry's Pump Repair, we highly recommend them.

We purchased a new mobile home and the mobile home dealer had this person come install our well/…read morepump. We had issues from day 1 . It was pumping sand and the pvc he used as the main pipe under ground shook each time the pump kicked on. He refused to come out and make it right claiming he went down 60 ft and we need a softener system. He said the dealer paid him, so we need to discuss this with the dealer, and cursed my husband! Fast forward 3 years, and the "60 ft" well collapsed. We had to pay $8500 to get a new well/ pump installed. The "60 ft" was actually 42 ft. and was in a mud pocket, not in limestone! We called again, and he said he was not going to fix it or reimburse us for the new well. And promptly hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET CRAPPY WATER AND NOTHING BUT GRIEF!! I recommend using Durhams well Drilling. They take pride in their work! I now have beautiful water at 80ft. We will be taking them to court to recover some of the money spent.

When I was deeded the land from my mother in law, he did accidently drill a well on her side of the property line, had redug a well on the right side of the line without hesitation. And then proceeded to tell my mother-in-law and I hw to attach a hand pump to the well he misdrilled, which surprised and delighted me at the same time. He knows which well pump brand I prefer as well as the bladder tank, and will do what he can to find me the brand I want. He is very reasonably priced and won't charge me if it was a minor problem. One time he even knew what the problem was from what I told him, and then told me how to fix it, no charge. Another time, when I went to change the pressure switch out (which he taught me how to install), the pressure switch still wasn't working. He came out, knew what the problem was immediately and showed me how to fix it, and didn't charge me for his time. The only time I know of that you would have a hard time getting a hold of him in on a Sunday morning when he is in church. but he will make himself available afterwards.
