After I finally got him to talk to with me about scheduling driving practice I was told to wait 2 months and honestly I was surprised but Long Story Short I waited for 2 months then on may I called because it was time for the appointment. When I called the representative said that I have to wait 1 more month even though I had already scheduled driving practice with them. I didn't wait anymore and took my classes somewhere else. If you want to run a business you need to be respectful & patient to your clients because they are your money makers and when students want to join the course please let them know in the beginning about how long it will take to do the driving classes part.

After that I took the road test and passed it in the first attempt. My experience with the driving instructor has been fantastic. Especially, considering the fact that I never drove a car before. Ms. Rani Nathan, my driving instructor taught me well the procedures of operating the car and driving in different conditions and prepared me well for the test. She is supportive, patient and has excellent knowledge about all MVA rules and policies which helped me take the test with confidence. He pushed me past my fears. Compassionately convinced me to hit the open road when I wanted to stay in the park. He was persistent but so supportive at the same time. And I definitely needed that. There was a few lapses in communication but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this driving school to everyonee! Its affordable and you learn what you need to learn. I think I paid for six lessons. I passed my road test on the first try. Mind you, I'm 27. So a very late bloomer, but I am so happy!! Bought a car a few months after I passed my test so I am eternally grateful to them. Our meeting points were always convenient...I always felt comfortable (even though I was super nervous). Despite riding far to the right, he sped past aggressively -- with a student in the car -- and nearly hit a cyclist. He then yelled to "get out of the road," which is ironic since cyclists are legally allowed to use the lane. It's alarming that someone who teaches new and first time drivers would model such reckless and disrespectful behavior toward cyclists. Definitely not the example you want for a driving instructor.

1 star If I could…read moregive Fenwick's Driving School and the owners a zero, I would. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The communication was very poor. During a phone call with me, the instructor was involved in a car accident while he was on the phone. I had already told him I was willing to reschedule, but the entire situation was very concerning. I was also very clear about the days, times, and locations I needed for my lessons. Instead of working with me or communicating clearly, I felt like I was repeatedly given excuses. The biggest issue was the refund. After everything that happened, I requested my money back, but they refused to give me a refund. I felt that the way the situation was handled was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. When someone pays for driving lessons, they should be able to expect basic communication, reliability, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would personally not use this driving school again, and I would encourage anyone considering them to make sure they fully understand the cancellation and refund policies before paying. Never did she apologize just extremely rude about the situation . I would truly not recommend daisy or Mr. Fenwick

They always make us feel comfortable every lesson and teach you everything they know about driving and the road without any hesitations. We really learned a lot from them.
