Michael Ruggiero and his fiancée Danielle came out in the middle of October to perform the aeration and overseeding. They never mowed or filled in the depression in the backyard. We have been trying to contact them since Nov. 2025 by utilizing the e-mail address and phone numbers which they provided to us. To date as of March 2026, they haven't replied to any of the messages which we have left them. We have also sent them a certified letter with no response. There has been no communication from their side. They are holding on to part of our deposit which they haven't done any work for.
