Two wonderful gentlemen showed up the same day I called, great guys. Did it in less than two hours, and when the invoice came, I was being charged $625.00. They charged me an extra $75 for disassembling a furniture, a furniture was not disassembled, and another $100 for holding the stuff until Monday, it's Saturday today. I was not told of an extra $100 because the dump site is closed. I asked him to honor the flat rate he gave me. He ended up revising his invoice and charged me $500. I paid him the over priced rate just to get done with him but told myself to give him a less than stellar review. I will not use him again, there are other companies who will keep their word and rate.

New ceiling jumped over a railing to push my mattress down the steps cannot get a hold of anybody they never call you back. My next step is a lawyer. I have filed a completed the Better Business Bureau when you try to call Mark it goes right to voicemail or the second number that I was given is a call forwarding everything goes to a call center that keeps saying somebody will call you back. Nobody calls you back to settle this. The movers asked for $100 gratuity each when they didn't even do what they were supposed to do and they were rude. It was the worst experience. The good part about all this is I have pictures of all of it because I have cameras that was able to take all of these photos so I have proof of the damages that they did and of course I have records of all the phone calls that I made trying to reach somebody to settle this complaint.
