WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WILL NEVER GO BACK no matter how cheap the price is. I went in for a pedicure and the nail technician cut too deep into my cuticle, causing a lot of pain and bleeding. No apologies from either the technician or the manager. When asked, they refused to offer any sort of compensation. And again, zero apologies even when I let them know I did not wish to continue and left the store. Skip this place (in the mall beside Osaka supermarket Park Royal ) no matter you have a low budget or on a time crunch, it doesn't worth the hassle and pain. read more

The workmanship is very good here. Although, I do find the client relations to be a bit strained. I'm from a customer service background and find that they would probably do better if they were more friendly to clients ( observation on a personal level as well as observing w/ others). I do however recommend because the work done is good. And appointments are always available when I need. read more

I just wanted to start by saying the reason these guys have a 1.5 reflects probably on their neighbours social media sabotage more than it does their quality and or service. Yesterday I stopped in hoping these guys could squeeze me in last minute which was rude because I know how swamped they always are and it is the holidays. The owner took one look at my nails and said of course she could take me! Of course? They were packed. I guess she must have felt extra bad for me because I've had sub par shaping at a few different salon closer to where I live lately and she spent an extra bunch of time fixing the side shape of my nails. I had been breaking a few nails recently and she explained it's because I needed more shape on the sides to accommodate my nail shape. I am so grateful. It's kinda funny how you don't realize how bad something has gotten until someone take the time out of their day to fix it for you. They are awful, I've been three times, the first two times they were mediocre, the last time I went was last March, the lady was so careless and rough even though I specifically asked her twice politely to please slow down and be sensitive! She ended up causing a sore on my second toe, it was not open so I was not very concerned, within two weeks I had developed the first wart I have ever had, and right after that another wart on top of same toe. it has taken forever to get them removed, I just went for my second burning at the doctors office! As I was paying I told the manager or whoever he is that she was awful and he had absolutely no interest to investigate further. I remember even thinking I should not be tipping her, I gave her very little because I'm not used to not tipping at all. I am off to a podiatrist next week to surgically remove the warts! I have always dreaded those walk-in stores for that same reason, I've taken good care of my feet and always had good strong healthy feet and nails, and then this. I went for a pedicure in All Season Nails a few days later I got fungus. My family Dr said the equipment in the salon have been infected. I'm on antibiotics and haven't been cured yet. So far I have been in pain, not sleeping and spent more than $150 on medication and still need more treatment. I went back to the salon and talked to the manager Rachel. She was very insensitive and rude with a bad attitude and didn't even bother to look at us. I couldn't believe how she didn't care that the lack of hygiene in her salon is causing a contagious disease that is causing the customers to get fungus. I'm really disappointed on their poor customer service and not caring about customers' health. I feel obligated to leave this review for customers to know what they are going to be expected. I got my nails done here recently, not many complaints about my set of nails. The lady didn't seem very experienced just a few flaws which I think is understandable. Though the lady doing my nails was very rude so I'm giving them 3 stars. My mom goes here and recommended I see Peter, she has an excellent experience with him and his work. Wonderful ladies! At first when I came with my friend, they seemed a bit annoyed two girls my age were coming in, and that my friend was very particular on the cleanliness, and brought her own things. When I got in to get my acrylics done, I only waited 20 minutes and had gotten a beautiful selection of colours to choose from. I wish there were more pastels and lighter shades of multiple colours, but what options I got were quite nice! What I loved was that the atmosphere was very professional and quite calm. However I do wish there was a bigger waiting area. Another thing I loved was that when it came down to it, it was first come, first serve. One lady came in rushing with a broken acrylic, and asked for it to be fixed right away. The lady who was doing my nails, Rachel, explained she had to wait for my nails to be done, and she would then love to help the her. The lady left in a huff, but I was quite pleased that Rachel had taken me into priority. She made excellent conversation and explained that she is happy when her customer is happy (me). Really put a smile on my face :) A downside would be that it took almost 2 hours to get my nails done! I didn't have time to get my pedicure done which was very unfortunate. Another thing would be that I was nicked on almost every nail and now my nail beds are quite sore with some open wounds. One last thing would be that my acrylics are in varying thicknesses which is quite frustrating. 2 stars for staff, 1 star for the nails. love the ladies, but overall could've done a better job. read more

They're very clean, the owner has done an amazing job expanding their collection, many colours to choose from. I've been coming here since I discovered them near UBC and let me say, I don't trust anyone else with my brows. The owner takes the time to shape your brows the way you want them to. (they're one of the few places that don't intentionally make your brows thinner when you just want a quick clean up) My experience there is always a pleasant one and always relaxing. I visited All Seasons Nails Park Royal with my daughter and had my WORST manicure experience Ever. Staff are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, while the store manager didn't take responsibility of the behavior of her staff at all. In addition, the higience condition in the store is very much concerning. 1. Staff are not properly trained. The first staff they assigned to me, Nancy, cut two of my fingers deeply when removing my old nail acrylics. The wound was bleeding but she didn't treat the wound at all. Instead, she just wiped my wound with the towel which was dirty and unsanitized from previous customers. Then she applied the regular nail polish remover on my fingers, including the wounded ones. My bleeding fingers hurt worse with the toxic chemicals. Then she handed me over to the second staff , Hannah. 2. Hannah was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept an angry face throughout the process, dragging my hands and arms around as if she was trying to beat me up. All her movements were extremely forceful and rough, and she didn't even bother to ask me if that was ok. When I tried to confirm the color code of the nail polish I chose, she raised her voice with extreme anger and criticism. I was astonished because I've never experienced such attitude before. When I asked her to redo one nail which was scratched during her forceful pushing around, she glared at me as if I was crazy. Then she just added another thick layer of polish to cover the scratch. It didn't work. So she angriely removed the nail polish on that finger, partially, leaving quite a lot polish on the edge of my nail. Then she hastily applied nail polish on that finger nail and left me there for 20 minutes without saying anything. That's all the services I received. 3. The store manager Rachel was very irresponsible. Feeling very much maltreated by Hannah, I complained to the manager Rachel. Rachel briefly said sorry first without any sincerity on her face, and didn't bother to look at my fingers at all. Then she asked me if I'm ready to pay now. i said I will pay for my daughter's manicure, but should not pay for the service I received due to the cut and awful service. Rachel changed her face immediately and said she could do nothing about that. 4. Store supplies are dirty: towels and nail filers, clippers, puffers, scissors are reused to different customers without any sanitization. When Nancy wiped my bleeding wound with the towel, I saw fresh taints on the towel which were clearly from previous customers. It is concerning to think about the cleaness of these supplies, the fresh cut you might got on your fingers, and the possibility of contagious disease from the dirty supplies to your open wound. Throughout the process, I didn't feel like a customer, but someone who was beaten up due to his/her own wrong doings. I can't explain how shocked I was, because I never expected to be maltreated in a nail salon.After a long argument, Rachel asked me to pay for a discounted price for my own manicure. I didn't have time to argue further so I paid and left with my bleeding wound and poorly applied nail polish. If you ever walk to All Season Nails in Park Royal, you should definitely think twice. If you are lucky enough, you might be assigned to a staff better than these three, but after all, it definitely does not worth the money and time you'll spend! read more

The worst place you can pick to do your nails. Worst mani and pedi and the shelak will come off after 1-4 days. They won't be responsible for their mistake and will try to charge you. Everything seemed fine until the lady sat down and started to remove my previous gel nails. She was chewing gum, loudly. Nail remover or acetone was dripping all over my hands and palms. I think she didn't wait long enough for gel to dissolve; she had to scratch hard to remove the remaining gel. I felt like my nails were going to bend because of the heavy pressure she put on my nails. Bad things continued, she cut my nails unevenly and removed too much cuticles of some of my nails, they become red and were hurting when I was washing dishes at home. She applied the gel unevenly as well, I had to remind her that she missed a few spots. The finished nails some are thicker compared to others. She seemed nice, she complemented on the color I chose, but the quality of work of this salon is just zero. I had my gel done on Dec 23, and on Dec 31, half of gel nails started chipping and peeling. If you can avoid this salon, please do. I have never experienced this kind of quality of work before. I would assume every salon should sustain a certain level of quality if they want to survive in this competitive market. read more
