He answered it every time he wasn't 30 feet in the air on a ladder and was writing down customer information in the notepad he pulled from his tool belt. I was joking with him about needing a secretary and he says "I've tried that and customers get poor unhelpful service." With that being said... when his phone isn't ringing.. he is installing the nicest gutters you will ever own. All the corners joints he takes time to cut and form on site. Not like the patched in corner joints a lot of guys use. Also he screws the gutters in with the fancy inside clip things and not those giant ugly nails. I don't write reviews typically but people don't understand the hours and hard work put in when being a contractor. It's a lifestyle and not a 9-5 job. Anyways... he's no BS. I requested a quote without her coming to my home first due to my time constraints and when she arrived there were still a lot of things for me to finish up (there was a narrow path between an overflowing bin of recycling and parts of a bicycle/workout equipment). They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.

My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Fast response, clear explanation, a fair price, and most important of all, the repair worked. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend LBNR Roofing.

Today we had all of our exterior windows, and a dozen interior windows, cleaned by this company…read more The young men they sent out to do the cleaning were polite and very friendly, but their work was sloppy, and they were clearly inexperienced. They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice.
