Today we had all of our exterior windows, and a dozen interior windows, cleaned by this company. The young men they sent out to do the cleaning were polite and very friendly, but their work was sloppy, and they were clearly inexperienced. They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice. read more

We used this company for years, were loyal customers, kept on with the them even after the company continued to raise prices. They've done our roof, gutters and windows for many years; however, in the past year they have become difficult to communicate with when you have a question. We recently scheduled our regular roof/gutter cleaning and I was trying to confirm since we are putting our home up for sale and needed things in place. After 48 hours with no response I sent another email and finally got a response back. I thought all was well and all of a sudden received an email from the owner being rude and finally telling me they would no longer perform work for us. We can certainly find other companies that value loyalty and probably are more affordable. read more

I requested an estimate for our condo units (7 buildings) gutters and roofs treated and possibly cleaned. The company set up a date and time for the appointment. I took off work and arrived early to the meeting/inspection location. After waiting 40 minutes I called the company and asked the status of the appointment since no one had shown. The receptionist said she would contact the project manager, Kyle, and get right back with me. I waited another 20 minutes and returned a call. Again she said she would let the project manager, Kyle, know that I called and to expect a return call...which I never did. Unfortunately, I am seeing more and more businesses operate in this manner, understandably, certain businesses thrive while others sink. read more

They came out the same day and removed all the debris from our roof and our gutters, that had collected when we had our tree cut down. Other places said they wouldn't clean gutters that had screens on them, Beautiful Day came out and cleaned them beautifully! They also put the Moss killer on our roof for only $60 and we had gotten estimates of MUCH more elsewhere. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again, and I'm now going to use them to wash my windows as well! read more

These guys are amazing! I had made an appointment in April for September and they totally remembered, kept in touch and showed up when they said they would. What sets them apart from the rest and why they are amazing is for the following reasons: They took the time to unload all their equipment and take a close look at my gutters even after he stated it may be too big of a job for them. After the inspection, Kyle explained to me that it wouldn't benefit me to have them try to clean and fix my gutters, he felt it would be better worth my time and money to have a gutter specialist assess them. He said he wasnt going to charge me for the inspection, which I thought was very nice. Second, the very next day I was out in my front yard and I saw a truck cruise by slowly with the name Lincoln Gutters on the side. I thought to myself, did I schedule another inspection and forgot? No! Kyle contacted and set up a gutter specialist to come check out my gutters and give me an estimate to have them fixed/replaced! I didnt even ask for that to happen but it was so helpful! To me, that service was above and beyond what I had expected or asked for but really helped me out. I really appreciate Kyle and Beautiful Day, would recommend them to anyone. read more

I put in a request for gutter cleaning through Home Advisor. Beautiful Day (Kelsey) called immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. I was told they would send me a written response to my e-mail account. I called a few other firms that responded too, but was most interested in the price that Beautiful Day quoted. I called this company on a Monday to request window washing for a small home in North Tacoma that was going to be put on the market within the next couple of weeks. Kyle said he and his crew would be able to wash the windows that week, specifically on Wednesday, and he requested that I send him my information via email. I sent him the email immediately after our telephone conversation. He never responded to the email. I sent him a follow-up email on Friday asking if the job had been done, and again he never responded. When I went to the house on Sunday, the windows had not been cleaned. I had made it clear during my conversation with Kyle the previous Monday that we needed the windows cleaned that week, as we were planning to put the house on the market. Kyle assured me that the job would get done that week. I find it extremely unprofessional that he assured me that the job would get done on Wednesday when he clearly had no intention of doing so, never responded to my emails, and didn't complete the job as promised. Now we have to scramble to find somebody else within a very short time period. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

This was my first time having all my windows clean at the same time! I have an older home with many small pane windows. The crew -- Alex, Jonathan and Mark -- were positive, hard working and did an outstanding job. One of the picture windows had been murky for years, probably from a sealing chemical sprayed on the surrounding brick, and now you would never know. They could have just charged us for the gutters but told us they did not need cleaning.
