The agreed upon day/time came and went, and he was a no-show and with no contact. I called and got his voice mail, and no returned call. That really sucks. I hope he's ok, but I'm obviously extremely frustrated after doing all the work to move everything around from 4 rooms, and set up my cats in a place where they are safe and out of the way. This has obviously been a really bad experience, very unlike last year. Time to find a new carpet cleaning company.
