After my outstanding experience last year, they were at the top of my list to give my repeat business to this year. So I contacted them for a slightly bigger job than they did last year (more rooms). Mike responded, giving me a date and time, I explained what I needed done and gave me a quote which I accepted. The agreed upon day/time came and went, and he was a no-show and with no contact. I called and got his voice mail, and no returned call. That really sucks. I hope he's ok, but I'm obviously extremely frustrated after doing all the work to move everything around from 4 rooms, and set up my cats in a place where they are safe and out of the way. This has obviously been a really bad experience, very unlike last year. Time to find a new carpet cleaning company. read more

First of all, I didn't have very high expectations but wow. My carpet looks AMAZING, dried quickly, my house smells great, and Mike was done in under two hours for our big house. Even more, no "window" where you have to wait and hope someone arrives. He said he would be here at 8:00. My doorbell rang at 8:00 on the dot. I've been using the other guys with the yellow trucks twice a year for the past 10 years and they always left with me feeling like I'd been overcharged and underserved. The last time the carpet was wet for 2 days and they seemed to spend more time trying to upsell me on more services than doing the work. And one of them even tried to tell me how to cheat their system so I wasn't charged so much. Carpet Geeks could have charged me twice as much and I would have gladly paid, his work is that good. Our house is 10+ years old, and the carpet truly looks brand new. oh yeah, we have cats. That means cat puke, cat fur, cat dander, and just all the things that come with having pets in the house. You wouldn't know it after Mike finished. Not a spot anywhere. I've already scheduled him in two weeks to clean our HVAC ducts. Yep, he does that too and clearly explained the process to me. I'll take the cats for a ride in their carriers while he does his work. Maybe I'll make sure it's time for their vet checkup...anyway, you can't go wrong with Carpet Geeks. Saw the vehicle around town and called. We had new(er) carpet that had both human and dog pee. Don't ask. Mike promptly called me back, squeezed me in next day. Said our one (master room) would be covered under their minimum. Through conversation learned that I could add stairs on under their min cost and Mike nailed it. ALL pee stains gone, smells gone and happy customer. It's worth noting Mike brought pre-treatments and special tools to attach heavy (human) pee stains. What he did is money and I'm a happy customer. I'm incredibly impressed with Mike Perryman and Carpet Geeks! I called Mike yesterday to inquire about carpet cleaning services for my furniture store. He was so professional on the phone and made me feel very confident in his services. I expected him to be booked out quite a while, but I needed service pretty fast, and he gave me several options...he could come out after hours if we gave him access, or he could meet me first thing this morning. I opted for this morning, a Saturday! Mike was on time for our appointment which speaks volumes to me! He got right to work in order to finish in a timely manner so we could open the store on time. He had quoted an hour, maybe two of cleaning, but he finished in 35 minutes! He's good!! There is one spot that wouldn't come clean, and he took the time to explain to me why it wouldn't come clean and what we can do in the future to prevent such stains. He gave me a very fair price quite before beginning work. His price seemed beyond reasonable, so of course I gave him the green light.
