Mike of all seasons Truckee did wonders on our carpets throughout the house. The pricing was reasonable for the time he spent on the job and the results fantastic, looks like new carpet. He was good at communicating and timely, he had some good advice to prevent unnecessary wear. Can't understand why the lady who complained that the carpets smelt of mold after a flood. Of course they did...but presumably you called AS to clean the carpets, not to replace or remove them so I think your review is unfair. As a long time Truckee resident, I have used all the carpet cleaners in Truckee. Mike, and All Seasons Carpet Cleaning, is the only company I feel comfortable recommending. He has the best prices--and that doesn't mean you get a quicky, poorly done job. The carpets are perfect--and he will come do a touch up ANYTIME a spot comes back! I have several fine Turkish and Tibetan rugs, Mike found that one had not had the vegetable dyes set adequately--he treated it with a dye setting product, for $10!!! You know, finding a good deal makes every consumer happy! I called Mike Friday--wishing that there might be a way to get my carpet cleaned before a superbowl party on Sunday. I'm still surprised he was totally fine with working on Saturday morning--because he agreed that the carpets should be cleaned for superbowl! haha! Mike from All Seasons went way, way beyond the call of mere carpet cleaning duty for me in March of 2018. I had a large house to turn over between tenants and when he arrived to clean it my deadbeat previous tenants had left the home in basically uninhabitable condition. He couldn't even work because the house was so filthy and cluttered. I hadn't arrived in town yet so he graciously documented the condition of the house in pictures for me and then agreed to come back the next day after another round of vacuuming and cleaning had been finished so he could begin cleaning the carpets. The next round of vacuuming and cleaning was also totally inadequate so he ended up doing the cleaning and carpet shampooing by himself! She is correct, I did not pay them for the work, the insurance company via the owner of the rented condo did. I can only attest to the time it took and the issues I had. Mike was very responsive, arrived early and was great to work with. A really nice guy! He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets which were overdue for a good cleaning. He worked around the cats really well, and was really helpful with advice on how to keep the carpets clean going forward.
