I found Annie and her team via Yelp. I had a renter drop a huge amount of red "who knows what" on my carpet and bed and did not clean it up. We tried but had a huge red stain. I was worried about replacing the entire carpet area. I found this group on Yelp and called the owner. She was super responsive, friendly and professional. She was booked but fit me in two weeks. She came today and in a few minutes removed a stain that I thought would be impossible to remove. She was honest about not needing other areas cleaned. We have used Heavens best a few times over the past few years and let me tell you, they really are the best! They are timely, professional & friendly. I had made scheduled an appointment with Heavens Best to clean my carpets in April 15th. The day before I texted to confirm time for 9:00 AM that day. I got a response yes. I got no showed which made me late for an appointment I had for myself. I messaged and emailed and haven't received a response. I waited a couple of days before doing this revue because I know life happens but the fact I haven't gotten a call, email back or anything is unacceptable. The carpet is a lovely shade of mud so we didn't realize how dirty the carpet actually was. Annie didn't disappoint! All the phantom shaped, who knows what nasty stains are gone! This time I sent an email request on their website, sent an email directly to the owner/manager, "Annie", sent a text message, and lastly left a phone message. That makes 4 attempts to reach them. Business owner hung up on me... It's Sunday, so when I call I expect to get voicemail but was surprised someone answered. I explained that I need a room cleaned as i just discovered a mold stain. I ask her if they have any availability this week (4th of July). Yes, Friday morning (five days from now). I then ask what their rates are and she tells me they charge 43 cents per square foot (which I later find out is pretty high). Then she tells me there is a $300 minimum, which she says roughly 700 SF. She also says there is a 40 sf credit per room for big furniture. I ask her what time, then she needs to know more about how many rooms. Well that depends on the room size, so I tell her that I will plan to have at least 700 sf cleaned, but I can't say exactly how many rooms that is until I measure. She tells me I should call her back ASAP because "I just got that cancellation" implying it might likely be gone before I call her back. So, I suggest that if she likes, I can pull out my tape measure while she was one the phone. What happens next really deserves ZERO STARS. She says that she doesn't think this conversation is working out, and she hangs up on me. Even if she called me up and apologized for her disgraceful customer service, I wouldn't take her services for free. The woman's lack of customer service on this phone call is a total disgrace. Remember, you aren't in business unless customers pay you. Every phone call is an opportunity to earn people's hard earned money. read more

I had my vacation home carpets cleaned last week by Heaven's Best and left the next morning for a week. When I returned last night some of the carpeting, particularly on the stairs, felt stiff and matted. We've had the carpets cleaned before and they always looked very clean and were soft--carpets are only a few years old and good quality. I called Annie today and had a very irritated defensive response "I've never had a problem like this". the earliest she can take a look is almost a week. Carpets feel horrible on bare feet and don't look great. The internet says it usually is the result of too much cleaning product not correctly removed. Not what expected. We'll see what happens when she comes and I will update the review. I'm worried that my carpets are damaged and tempted to call another company to come and redo, but after paying for the cleaning would like to have it done right. I used a little spray water on two stairs and after careful blotting etc. was able to return them to former condition. But I have 21 stairs and am not excited by the idea of redoing all myself. The carpet techs came on time, were very courteous and pleasant. But, I had asked for no added fragrances and there was heavy fake citrus scent. Which did go away after a few hours. read more
