My experience was the best it could have been. I live in one state and needed a beautiful arrangement for a friend whose 21 year old son had just died in an accident. I found a photo of what I wanted online and called another local florist who used the service where the photo was. I was ordering when I then asked for them to send me a photo of the completed arrangement and they refused. They said they don't do that. Period. The boss doesn't allow it. What?! So I called All Seasons and spoke with Maria. There was absolutely no issue with sending a photo AND, although they don't really use that same service where the photo was, I told her how to look it up and she said they could do it and it was even more beautiful than the one advertised online. We called and they were able to do what we wanted. I called another florist and were told that they could not deliver what we wanted for two weeks. We called All Seasons Florist and they delivered the flowers when we needed them. The other florist wanted double what All Seasons Florist charged. They called me multiple times because they ran out of a specific flower that was in my arrangement and wanted to make sure it was okay to use another flower. My fiancée and I went in to try and ask about flowers for our wedding party. Our wedding is on valentines and I knew it would probably be a bit late to have some bouquets and boutonnieres made but maybe we could at least order the flowers. Well now on to the review... When we walked in I was greeted by a younger brunette (can't recall her name). My first sentence was "my fiancée and I are getting married on valentines day" right then is when she started shaking her head at me. I asked what that meant and if we could not be helped. She then said "valentines day is the worst day to get married" This really upset both me and my fiancée! We left immediately and went to flower mine where they couldn't make what we wanted but at least are providing us the flowers we need. This place not only lost an order for valentines but for life from me! I will never go to this florist for flowers ever! read more

Scanning the various arrangement, selected a Birthday bouquet that looked amazing. What showed up was anything but! When I called to discuss, they offered to go back to my girl friends house to pick them up, and offered a refund. Appreciated the refund offer, but wanting to go back to pick up the flowers was *cheesy*, at best. Just sayin. read more

Ordered some flowers here from Keighla, not sure if thats the correct spelling. But the process was nice and easy, and very helpful. Not a bad experience. I read some of the bad reviews down bellow and I think they were a little unmerited. David C. is probably a dumb shit head... I mean who doesnt know that if you choose to get married on Valentines day you are gonna have a hard time finding flowers unless you are royalty or an iconic music artist of our time like Jay Z. Try to use local businesses when sending flowers but I wasn't very happy with my last order for my mothers birthday. I ordered the flowers and added on chocolates but they confused my phone order and sent wrong size and preference of chocolate candy. I will probably try a different company next time that takes more care when taking your order. Flowers were fine. read more

Worst place ever!! My husband got me a $90 orchid. We maintained it as directed by 2nd week it was dying called and they told us what to do so we did, no results the flower was getting worse. I recommend this place. I've been sending flowers to my mother for her birthday for the past 5 years and when she sends me a picture from her phone the bouquet looks exactly how I ordered online. In various occacions the flowerest called me to let me know that she didnt have specific flowers or vases and she explained my options and the bouquets where still gorgeous. In one occacion I chose a different place and didnt use this one and I really greated it. I will continue purchasing flowers from here. Did I mention that I order from California. Great locally owned business that has really nice customer service. She has men's arrangements, stuffed animals, balloons, small and large plants.. They just have everything and great staff. If I could give them 0 stars I would... I ordered $95 tulips for V-day and they arrived already completly opened and bloomed and falling over in the vase. When I called to complain I was told that the flowers dont have stems strong enough to hold them up. I understand that but that doesnt mean that would be FULLY bloomed less than an hour after ordering them!! I was told thats all they can do.. I looked on their website and my arrangment looks nothing like the image shown.. Nor does the company live up to their 100% satisfaction guarentee... Now I am going to the store and purchasing flowers that are 10x less expensive and 10x more beautiful I should of just done in the 1st place.
