I was very disappointed. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered for my birthday and paid extra to have them to me by noon and they didn't show up until after 5pm when we were already heading out for dinner so they sat out side for 2 and half hours. Also, when i did finally receive them more then a few were wilted and already dead. Looked like they may have sat in the delivery van all day. I did take them back to the store and they remade them, but nothing about the fact that they were late or dead. The only reason i gave them 2 stars is because she did replace the dead ones. The Mother's Day bouquet was delivered in great time but the entire flower arrangement lasted 2 hours. Dead flowers were NOT a beautiful sight to see. I was charged $102.93. When I called to complain, they seemed to want to take care of me by coming to pick up the bouquet and explained that I would be credited for the entire cost. They only returned $89.98 and will not return my calls. Ironically, the same day giving them my cc over the phone, is when fraudulent charges were placed on my account. I would stay far far away from ordering any flowers from this company. I would give them a negative star rating if that was an option. read more

They sent a lovely arrangement to my niece that I ordered online...same day delivery, delivered within a couple hours. Even went to her workplace when she wasnt home....They went out of their way to make the customer happy...the flowers were beautiful and much more than I expected for the smaller amount of money that I had to spend...im very happy, and they deserve a great review not just the ones that are unhappy. read more

Ordered an arrangement from 1-800Flowers which contracted The Flower Route to make the arrangement and deliver. The arrangement arrived stuffed with greenery trying to hide the dead Lillys. I called 1-800Flowers and they refunded me the money and said to keep the flowers. The Flower Route called me and demanded to flowers back. After the owner argued with me I told her I would return them the same day before 5. She then drives to the recipient's workplace and storms in to make a huge scene in front of approx 15 customers and 5 co-workers and begins swearing and pointing her finger. She then proceeds to storm to the "employees only" section behind the counter and grabs the arrangement and storms out. Among all the commotion the recipient gets reprimanded and written up because this lady came to the business and caused a huge scene in front of all the customers. To add to it, the arrangement that was ordered was supposed to be an 11" Square Vase with Lillys and Pink roses. What arrived was a 5" Vase with white roses and white Lillys and 3 were dead and brown. This is the worst service I've ever received from anywhere. I will be filing a BBB complaint as well as calling the Chamber of Commerce for her actions and unethical behavior. read more

There isn't a negative star setting or I would use it to let you know that you sent the most dead disgusting exotic arrangement for over $75.00 to my sister which didn't come close to looking like the teleflora picture of Zen Artistry. Doesn't even deserve a Star in the rating scale. I purchased a flower bouquet for my mothers birthday and had it delivered. I placed the order on line and when my mother received the flowers she sent me a picture and they did not look at all like the bouquet from the website. I called the flower store to complaint and they argued with me that I ordered a Standard bouquet. The website has no option on Standard, Deluxe or Premium. If there where one I would of chosen different. She then said she could give me my money back but had to go pick up the flower bouquet. Since I told her it was the first time ordering from another place, she asked why I had changed to a new flower delivering service. Very bad customer service, she kept arguing with me over the phone. Totally do not recommend this place. I tried posting pictures but I wasn't able to. The flower bouquet on line is "The Simple Perfection Bouquet". The bouquet my mom received looked liked like I could of gone to a grocery store, bought a bouquet of Lilies that costs $4.99 and 3 light pick roses placed them in a short round flower vase. If I lived in the same State as my mom I would of just done that instead. I've ordered from "All Seasons Flowers" and I always get what I want and if they don't have a vase or flower they call me and let me know what they will replace it with. DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a $108 gift basket from flowerdelieveryexpress.com that pictured all chocolates. The description said that contents may vary however there was a different section on their website if you wanted flowers or flowers within a gift basket. My sister was delivered flowers along with a 1 oz bottle of lotion and body wash and the rest was mostly carnations and green filler. I ordered same day delivery with a 4 hour rush and she didn't receive the order until late the following day. When trying to resolve the matter flowerdeliveryexpress.com told me that they contacted the local shop and they were going to exchange the basket for what I ordered, when that wasn't done I called the local shop myself and she said that I had to deal with the 3rd party website I ordered from. She then told me that she hadn't been in touch with them and they would need to contact her. I explained that I already talked to someone and explained what I was promised and then she changed her story and said she hadn't been contacted until an hour previous to the phone call when I actually talked to the lady the prior day. She then got very RUDE and said that she wasn't required to exchange it, that it was already delivered and too bad I didn't get what I expected because it was over the value of her portion of what she got paid from the 3rd party website. I ordered a special arrangement via FTD in Phoenix. My order was assigned to Flower Route in Yuma for processing. I had special delivery instructions requesting they delivery between 2:30 and 3 PM if possible and gave them my cell number if there was a problem. What shows up at 1 PM but my order. My wife was not ever there yet which destroyed the surprise. I saw the arrangement and immediately questioned the amount of flowers. I paid for the most expensive display they had. What I saw was pathetic at best. The delivery person had left before I could challenge the order so I called FTD and asked if they could make it right. Later I was told the delivery person came back and picked up the flowers claiming I canceled the order. I never canceled the order, I simply requested they deliver what I had ordered. It's apparent now that this company practices bait and switch tactics. I called FTD today and requested a fund refund which they said they would do. I made it clear there contractor destroyed a very important event in my life and thought they needed to remove this company from there go to list in Yuma. I strongly recommend no one use "The Flower Route" for any reason! More rating is a minus -10 + for them. read more
