There was absolutely no issue with sending a photo AND, although they don't really use that same service where the photo was, I told her how to look it up and she said they could do it and it was even more beautiful than the one advertised online. I informed Avas they said they put in a request to have them remade the way they were supposed to be made and redeliver. Fortuna Floral refused and said that the flowers were made the way they were supposed to be. Anyone can look at the pictures and clearly see they were NOT! He told me how he KNEW he should have walked away after going back and forth with some INCREDIBLY incompetent staff there (in person). He called on our way to dinner and the person who answered hung up on him. I'm thinking my husband is playing me. What shop hangs up on customers? Sure enough, we get home and there's a tag that says they tried to deliver them at 6:50pm and please "kindly call us"!!! Are you kidding me?!! Flowers at almost 7pm on Valentine's evening?? When I called to complain, they seemed to want to take care of me by coming to pick up the bouquet and explained that I would be credited for the entire cost. They only returned $89.98 and will not return my calls. Ironically, the same day giving them my cc over the phone, is when fraudulent charges were placed on my account. I would stay far far away from ordering any flowers from this company. I would give them a negative star rating if that was an option.
