Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

The warranty company sent another local company. They made ONE phone call to the warranty company and not only did I get a new downstairs unit both inside and out They also got a complete new unit for my upstairs both through my warranty company and installed them them the next day! A & A just wanted to just keep coming back and not correcting the problem working the system to make more money through the warranty company. The company who put the new units in said whoever worked on it before it was the worse mess they had ever seen! A & A's owner is extremely rude and that's the nicest comment I can make about him. I will say the technician was always very nice but obviously could only do what the owner would let him so their company could keep making money from the warranty company! So with one phone call to the warranty company the new company didn't try to fix A & A 's screw ups and was able put in New units upstairs and down at no cost to me!
