The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because he was trying to push sales. This is a brand new system on a new house. That's not necessary. And I told him I wasn't interested and he told me he had to tell me about it. If someone says not interested, leave it at that. Otherwise great service. They use shoe protectors which I appreciate.
