Eagle Point Solar installed the solar array at out cottage several years ago. The system continues to work well. A few weeks ago, I noticed a cable housing was deteriorating. I contacted Eagle Point Solar, not knowing if the cable just needed some caulking, or outright replacement. I was contacted by one of the VPs of the company! He got me on the list for the repair crew working our area. The repairman arrived yesterday, and quickly replaced the worn housing, checked that the overall system was working, and was promptly on his way. He was polite and professional. I was impressed with the good customer service, and how EPS kept me closely informed on when to expect their technician. I am pleased with the service they provide. After receiving a bid for solar panels for my home from a company that said I could recover 90% of my electricity, I decided to get additional opinions. I was extremely fortunate to find Eagle Point Solar. I submitted the usual information (my address and electricity usage). I received a sophisticated evaluation using newer technology showing that I would only recoup 35% at most because of the trees around my home. After discussing the pros and cons with David Pardoe, my contact at Eagle Point, I decided not to pursue solar. In 2020, we lost our building in the derecho. We decided when we rebuilt to be more focused on how go green. Our CEO connected with Eagle Point Solar and was very pleased with their professionalism and pricing. We got our quote in May, we approved our quote in June, and we started the installation the first week in August. It was a very quick turnaround, despite the short wait on some of the supplies. Johnny and Rich, electricians for Eagle Point Solar did a great job of installing the solar panels on my roof. They were efficient in their work. Johnny explained the project as he went along. The only problem I had was they could not complete my project because they were sent to another job for a week. I would have rather had them finish my solar project before starting another one. I would highly recommend Eagle Point Solar for all your solar needs! read more

Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of communication. They left my old home a mess which had to be addressed multiple times. Also, they never asked where I wanted the car charger placed and put the piping on an old fence and through a very old garage. No calls at all and they refused to relocate it unless I paid them $350.00 for their mistake. Would never recommend them and will not use them in the future. read more
