I ordered silver chiavari chairs (and 2 chair covers for myself and the groom) for my wedding. I also ended up ordering the backdrop with the floor lights as well. The chairs were in excellent condition and the backdrop with the lighting really added something special to my reception. I could not have asked for more especially at such good pricing. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to use this company for your event.

I decided to look elsewhere and came across Oksana with Chicago Chair Rental Collection. After speaking with her over the phone and being informed of their very, very reasonable prices, I tried looking for reviews of the company but didn't come across any because they are so new. Naturally, I was reluctant to use them, but I made 2 small requests: 1) to meet up with them while they were setting up for another wedding, and 2) to ask for a reference. Oksana was an open book and gladly said yes to both. My now-husband and I met her in person while they were setting up at a wedding. We asked a bunch of questions and saw her assistants setting up the chairs with great care, and saw that their chairs were very new and in great condition. My concern that they are not a real company was completely squashed. She also gave me an email address of a previous customer (per his consent), who said great things about their service. The icing on the cake is that Oksana is extremely responsive via phone and email (responded back to me within an hour all the time!), unlike the competitor I was having a difficult time with. Come time of the wedding, as far as I know, the beautiful gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions I dreamt of magically appeared and disappeared without any problems. I think CCRC is a great company, and Oksana was a delight to work with! So for you brides & grooms who have the same concern about not seeing any reviews of this company, I was that person too and ended up having a great experience with CCRC!

SCAMMERS! These guys charged us $150 for a faulty generator. It ran out of gas after only 90min and…read morethe bouncy house deflated with kids inside!! Thank god no one was on the slide or they could have been very seriously injured. After reporting this, they were going to take 30min to come with more gas, which was 1/4 of the party. After we refilled it ourselves, it ran out of gas again before the party was over, but fortunately we knew to keep an eye on it and were able to get kids out before it deflated again. They only offered an $80 refund on a $150 broken generator and $325 bouncy house. Absolutely no concern for the safety of children. They will charge you a fortune for BROKEN EQUIPMENT. Rent elsewhere!!!

The tent was delivered and set up the morning of her party. I was so impressed with the delivery and set up and the tent looked brand new... and included the string lights. I was impressed by how hard they worked to find everything we needed to make her grad party special. Initially, I wasn't planing to rent a tent. But five days before her graduation party, I realized we were going to need a big area to host all her guests. It was stressful and I wasn't sure we'd even be able to find one. Most tents had already been rented, but thankfully Sanchez had a couple of 16'x32' tents still available. I rented one, (and would've also rented tables and chairs for them, but they were sold out.) But, they helped coordinate tables and chairs through another party rental company that they trust. They also coordinated delivery of their equipment with the tables and chairs, which made the planning process much easier for us. One of the best suggestions they made was a custom balloon arch (Impressively, it was designed by their daughter). It wasn't something I had originally considered, but I'm so glad we said "yes" because it was a focal point of the party. I have used this company for moving which was why I trusted them to rent 2 inflatables for my sons…read morebday party. Huge mistake. I asked to rent a Fortnite bounce house & a medium size basketballl hoop inflatable. The owner of the company told me he would be out of town and his workers would set me up. The workers would be there for set up between 12-1. At 1:08 I started calling the owner back to back, texting, messaging on facebook as my guests were going to be coming within the hour. No response at all. Finally at 1:55pm I got a phone call from an employee saying they would be there in 30 minutes. My sons friends were already at my house when Jump For Less finally arrived at 2:35. They did not bring the fortnite sign that attached to the bounce house, and they did not bring the correct basketball hoop inflatable. I ordered a "medium" basketball hoop & instead they brought me a large hoop, which hardly fit in my backyard. When I complained the next day to the owner when he finally picked up his cell phone he responded with "everyone wants them delivered at the same time." If this was an issue when I booked the inflatable I would have told them please feel free to come early and set up as I would have not minded. He did not offer to take off any $ until I asked if he can take something off for the inconvenience. I have learned my lesson and will never use this company again.
