Drove over a hour to get there because the updates site from April 2024 states they are open until 8 pm but at 5:45 pm on Tuesday the 7th of May they were closed. Wasn't happy at all!!! You would think being updated a month with the new good to 8 pm would be correct but even with the old hours where they closed at. 6 pm wouldn't have mattered because like I said at 5:45 pm they were closed anyways. Went there because they had the fishing poles I wanted and they only had two left now I'm sure that they will be gone the next time they open but who knows when that will be because to can't trust what they put their website!!!! I love this shop because the staff is willing to go above and beyond to help you catch fish. Prime example my brother and I fish salmon in Pulaski and my brother didn't know how to tie a certain fly to look a certain way and a staffer said let m show you it quick and easy if you do it this way. Took him and showed him!!! Not everyone would do this prime fishing season when the store is loaded with fisherman all on the hunt for supplies and fish. I will always go here first for what I need because they make me feel welcome and valued. Quality service, products at competitive prices, even if they charged more I would go here because they value the customers before anything else. read more

Called today at 6:30 to check when you closed the employee said seven. Pulled it at 6:45 and he had closed up and was rushing out. He was very rude. Never have had any issues here before go here all the time employees are always great. Seemed like he didn't want to help because he was the one who answered the phone knew we were on our way and decided to shut the shop up and leave 15 minutes before he said the shop closed. read more

I cannot comment on the shop itself but I can review a fishing guide that this shop allows to utilize its facility as meeting point. Rick Miick of Dream catcher guide service formally know as trophy Dream catcher charters. RICK MIICK burned my buddies and I on a Drift Boat the night before we were scheduled to go out. We had 4 boats booked and he canceled a boat on us at 6:00pm the night before and kept our $450 deposit. He canceled the boat... not us. We should have gotten our $ back for that boat. Extremely unprofessional guy. Told me he already spent our $450 on bills and he didn't have it to give back. Told us if we didn't like it he would cancel all the boats and we wouldn't be going fishing at all the next day. Highly do not recommend him. Surprised a place like All Seasons Sports lets this guy utilize their facility. read more

An order I made with them went unshipped and any calls, voicemails, emails, facebook messages, basically any type of communication with this company went unanswered. They've taken my money and I have no way to get a hold of them and they're not lifting a finger to make it right. It's been over two weeks since my order with no resolution. Highly recommend passing over giving this company any of your business, Customer Service is non existent. If you're reading this, I urge you to take your business to a company that cares about the customer because this one hasn't showed a single sign that they do. read more

Terrible online outfit. I online ordered a load of stuff about 3 weeks ago. After multiple calls and contacts they say, after I called a "5th" time, the order is cancelled on their side since the online order website is, since a few years back, not updated. Do not do online biz with these guys without making sure that they have items in stock or can get them supplied from another vendor. read more

WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! I placed an order, never received a shipping confirmation...two weeks later, nothing had arrived. Upon contacting the merchant, I learned that the items I ordered had not even been shipped; in fact, the items I ordered were on back order. The folks at All Seasons Sports apparently don't care to disclose this sort of information to their customers. My request for a refund was never acknowledged, and my credit card bill arrived with the original charge in place!!! The dispute had to be resolved by the credit card company. There are plenty of sporting goods stores offering good deals, excellent customer service, and expedient shipping...DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ALL SEASONS SPORTS!!! read more

No customer service, placed and online order and got an order number but no notification of shipping. Called three times and emailed just to see if the product was shipped or back ordered. No call back or email response. Emailed them to cancel my order which they apparently did but did not notify me. Will not be ordering from them again read more
