    I understand that not all flowers are always in stock and that substitutions need to be made... but this was more than a substitution or two. The bouquet was completely different, especially because the one I ordered was ordered specifically because of the yellow. The woman I talked to insisted that it was an upgrade because they changed it from the "cheap yellowsee plastic vase", their words, to the glass one and because the flowers they substituted were bigger which made the bouquet taller. I did not want a taller bouquet. I wanted the one I ordered. I wanted that cheap yellow vase. I did not ask for this "upgrade". That is like going into a restaurant and ordering a meal and the waiter brings you something completely different because they deem it better. Sure it might be, but it wasn't what I ordered. I had the bouquet delivered to my mother at her job on her last day of work before retirement. The first response of the person I talked to was that they would go and take the bouquet back from her, and she did not say it in a nice way at all. She was no longer working and they said they would go to her house - somehow they knew the address - and take it back from her. Who in their right mind would say, yes go take the flowers back from my mother at her home? I told them that I'm aware product was still received -though it wasn't what I ordered- so I don't expect a whole refund but I would like a partial one. They offered me $12. The flowers themselves were 50, the balloon 5, the delivery 12, plus tax. 12 was not a sufficient refund for getting something COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. The woman was extremely rude and kept insisting that I got an upgrade and that I received $50 worth of flowers so she didn't see what my problem was. My problem was that I don't care if she felt she gave me that much in flowers, it was NOT what I ordered. Not even remotely close! But she didn't understand that she kept saying it was an upgrade. The worst part is that I called her first thing this morning to confirm the message I had sent them about the date because I mixed it up when I ordered, and to confirm the right kind of balloon was going to be sent and she never said a word about them not having any of the right flowers or that she would be sending a different bouquet. IF she had, I would have made other arrangements because I expect to receive what I pay for. Just horrible customer service all around. I urge people, especially those of us who do not live in the area, to be extremely careful when ordering from this place.
