(Highly recommended as burglars love to shimmy a screwdriver between your door and lock & open into your place easier than a SPAM can.) Pro Video Security let us select the guard. They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time. They didn't work and I spent HOURS driving back and forth to have them try again, and ultimately to return them), Mark made copies of the key quickly and they worked! and when we needed some springs in our lock fixed, Mark was responsive! He told me he would arrive in about an hour, and about ten minutes out gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was close by. He not only fixed the lock, he also tightened up the screws and the screen door (that would slam shut previously).
