My mother-in-law had passed away and as we live out of state, we had no other choice but to ship…read moreseveral boxes of priceless mementos to our home in AZ. The staff went out of their way to help us pack and ship several large ceramic pots that my father-in-law had made. We also had a large canvas he had painted (50" x 40" x 5") that they helped us pack and ship. Our rental car wasn't big enough to bring the painting to the shop so the staff picked it up in their personal vehicle from the house and brought it to their store for us. Everything arrived safely at our home in AZ. We are very thankful for how helpful and kind the staff were at All-Safe Center in Dixon, IL.

Rented a car from them.. It ended up being a 7 year old car with 60k miles that smelled like a old…read moresmoked in hotel room that I was only allowed to drove 100 miles for.. anything over was $0.25 per mile. The car ran fine and got me from point a to point b .. I was assured by the person that checked me out that there would not be any overage charges for bringing the car back at 5-6 pm and when I did.. I was billed for a second day.. When I called and tried to straighten it out, I was told that it is standard for them to charge $10 per hour that you are over.. thank god they didn't do that. Next time I will go with a major rental place so that I get unlimited miles, a newer cleaner car for less money.
