The car ran fine and got me from point a to point b .. I was assured by the person that checked me out that there would not be any overage charges for bringing the car back at 5-6 pm and when I did.. I was billed for a second day.. When I called and tried to straighten it out, I was told that it is standard for them to charge $10 per hour that you are over.. thank god they didn't do that. Next time I will go with a major rental place so that I get unlimited miles, a newer cleaner car for less money.

we've rented a couple of trucks from this place in the past as we do cross country picking and…read morebuying trips. we picked a truck up from these guys on wednesday and loaded it up as we started out. had to stop back at this location the following day to pick up some stuff we won from an auction. while there we notified them of a low tire. they told us to call an 800 number. instead, there was a gentleman there from Penske dropping off a truck. we told him of our concern and he took a look at the truck and said that the interior rear tire was completely flat. he got on the phone right away and then proceeded to lead us to Pomps tire to get the repairs made. I realize that the pickup location is just a satellite location for Penske, and there are not any facilities to make repairs or verify a truck is in proper working order so I'm not holding them responsible and this review is not about them or for them. Instead, this review is for the Penzke employee that helped us get the tire replaced. The gentleman's name is Warren and he was the absolute best. In my opinion, he went waaaaaay beyond the norm to help us get back on the road. Thank you Warren for your great service. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. From a simple prepaid return, to an overseas shipment, she does everything thoroughly and with a smile. Note to those sending overseas packages, you may experience issues trying to deal with others who work here who may tell you they cannot ship to another country, but they CAN and I think this is a training issue. Be sure to come in (during the week) when Ashley is there if you have an overseas parcel to mail. My brother has tried to ship something to Australia from this store only to be turned away. He went back on a weekday and Ashley was able to send it without issue. Another gentleman here (don't know his name) has assisted us with AT&T equipment returns and also helped us send some faxes. This guy does not know how to do the overseas shipping either as I have tried. But, he was very patient with me with the equipment return and did everything right to return the equipment to the vendor. Thanks Ashley for doing a great job!
