All of my questions and concerns leading up to the move were addressed quickly. The staff members on the other end of my phone calls and emails were all so friendly. My packers, Alex M and Tristan B, were awesome! Alex K let me know right away that the 3-5 hours estimate I was provided would not be enough time to pack the number of household items I had. They got the job done as quickly as they could and even left me a few boxes for those "last minute" items. I appreciated their diligence and especially how easy they were to work with. My movers, Mike K and Mateo K, were phenomenal! Friendly, efficient and transparent. Mike K's immediate assessment of the size of the POD I rented versus the amount of room I actually needed for my household items was addressed up front and a solution was found. When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. The foreman on the job actually told us it was 7 hours. I was initially impressed, except one portable storage cupboard was left behind. We were told that a worker would come the next day to move it, but that didn't happen, and no one called. Hmmmmm. I knew then that something wasn't right. After a few calls the owner said that there were 5 men on the job (not true), and he also quoted a higher price per hour to justify the $315 overcharge. If you are planning a move, be sure to have a written agreement ahead of time as far as price per hour, number of workers, and any other essential details.

They moved everything so efficiently, leaving space for my Mom to move around the room with her walker. Really kind, professional and great guys - request them if you can!
